Very simply put, they are extremely inefficient. They simply don't care. I'm almost more sad than upset with their behavior - they clearly have no interest in themselves or their jobs. I went there on Wednesday, and then again on Friday - and took me over half hour to get a withdrawal, while the employees were there, just chatting away

Awful bank!! Everything takes forever. ATM never works. Don't answer the phone. Insanely high currency exchange fees. This bank has literally never not been a problem to deal with

The 4 p.m. staff on March 4th at the Regions Bank were SUPERB! We were in from out of town coming back from a funeral. We unexpectedly had some bank issues but they were patient in getting us what we need. Thank you!!!! You guys rock!

My bank account was hacked/compromised and I was forced to immediately cancel my card and refute fraudulent charges. The over-the-phone process was smooth, quick, and impressive enough...until I came into this branch to make a withdrawal and ended up agreeing to an offer to have a new card ordered right then. Or not. ***Weeks*** (of me patiently hiking through downtown on my lunch break to take cash out) passed before I was told the card actually had not been ordered and I had to AGAIN wait for a new one to come in. Still waiting, actually. The card should have been EXPEDITED TO ME directly from the get-go, and done at the branch's expense after telling me it actually was not ordered at all. The incompetence and lack of consideration (as 'none' of these events were my fault to begin with) should be enough to deter anyone from doing business with this site. My growling stomach as I wait a few more hours to take lunch and pray my card arrives before the weekend is just the added bonus, I guess. Hooray!!

horrible service. I walked in there and the bankers sitting at desks to the left of lobby are sitting bored twittling their thumbs not friendly and completely useless . They are not doing a thing yet you ask them a question and they look at you like you are asking in russian something bizarre and dont know anything anyway . One of the bankers 'tiffany' was not only useless but also rude . Dont expect a great experience or efficiency at this bank.

Horrible! There were 4 cashiers behind the desk and only one could do western union. Brionne was her name. One of the worst I ever encountered. After being here for just about 45min waiting on her, she then took another customer before me and struggled with him for another 30 min..She needs help obviously Never again

If anyone is ever considering using this Regions Bank branch WARNING- YOU MUST DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING. Double check your name on your credit card because they will get it wrong, double check your application for a credit card because they will not complete it, double check to make sure the underwriter reviewing your credit card isn't RETIRED, double check to make sure your cash deposit from 2 days ago is finished pending, double check to make sure your account isn't 2 minutes away from being closed because you didn't receive some cockamamie address request in the mail & your banker had no idea, make sure you can use your funds immediately after a credit limit increase... THIS IS THE WORST BANK EVER. PERIOD.

Regions really need to do a better job of having more operational tellers on hand. At any given time of any given day there's always a line and one or two tellers. I've currently been standing in line for 10-15 minutes with 1 person at the counter..2 people in line in front of me and 4 people behind me.
