Not at all friendly. As much money as I have in here. Not a hello or anything. The people working here do not reflect this area. If I want this type of service, I should go to the lower 9. Why do they bother having this big old bank if they only have one horrible useless employee. Manager in back at desk is busy hiding at her desk on a long personal call. I'm going to move my accounts if they don't make changes to this branch.

Terrible on wire transfers sorry to say that. I had a wire transfer come in and they wouldn’t let me access it because they said it didn’t have my name on it but when I showed him the copy of the wire transfer after I got the picture because my father sent it from California it did have my name, and then I called Regions 800 number and the manager on Saint Charles Avenue talked her into saying that I wasn’t on the check either until I brought a picture an hour later and showed her she didn’t say sorry nothing

Always nice and helpful. Whenever I have a problem they always do anything they can to help. If you use money orders and have an account here, get them here. Is much cheaper than getting them anywhere else.

For small businesses, they have maddeningly frustrating policies. For example, with me live on the phone along with my company CFO, they make me repeat all the info my CFO says since I'm the signatory and she's not. That's just silly - and a waste of time. I can give you many more examples, such as being sent to the wrong department repeatedly with very long wait times. Trust me, this is not just one bad experience - this type of thing happens again and again.

This bank is pretty. There are a lot of staff and u have to ask the security guard to let you into the bathroom. They have lines, but move pretty fast. You have to wait for a loan officer.

Although the bank was operating under less than normal conditions, I was able to accomplish everything I needed to do through the drive through. The employees were very efficient and I was able to get my cashiers check with no problem because normally you have to go inside the bank for that particular service.

The ATM outside malfunctioned and kept my card. The branch manager had the ability to get my card but said it is company policy not to if it is a card from another bank. He had no good reason for the policy. My message to the small minded manager is this-Sometimes it is appropriate to bend the rules and be a decent human being.

This is for the mortgage office on Manhattan blvd in Harvey , I dealt with the woman over there named Hedy who is in charge of home loans . Now , I have good credit and am employed although I may not make a lot of money . I have savings and we own our home . Well all I got was the run around . I faxed my taxes over and she couldn't even bother to tell me she got them . After emailing her to see that she did receive them she told me I had to be patient . Well a month later I finally found a very good home lending place in Baton Rouge . I haven't heard anything now in a month from this Hedy Keating woman which is best . In thinking back she seemed annoyed at my questions . I suppose I should know all there is to know about financing but don't hence her condescending tone with me . Find another place to do a home loan is my suggestion . They have a lot of complaints on line too .

Why does my sister bother having an account in this bank it is so dysfunctional. We sat for 15 mins while 2 bankers chit chatted . One was bringing up the gym , personal stuff . I am all for being personable but there Is a limit. And this is not the first time. They also make lots of mistakes cause they are in la la land or they just don't care. My sister played off a CD secured loan and specifically asked the funds to be release to her account and nothing it wasent till she went to a different regions till she got her funds back. Why not try capital one where they really know what they are doing and give a damn.

This branch always seems so short staffed. I tend to go on my lunch breaks. I wouldn't suggest this as you'll be in a long line with only 2 or 3 tellers working (1 working the drive thru). The employees even seem to be tired or moody. Maybe because they're over worked?
