Long story short: I just got off the phone firth RICKS WHO DATE CARE WASH!!! The paid customer agent whould be working in the highest court profissional eviroment ever id anyone need her call her she needs a raise or better work envioment, I was charged $49.99 for an unlimited carwashes for the month of Stember. Becuse of RICKES WHO DATE owner being allways absence you must speak to Rick's WHO DAt's subpar management to get things resolved. However today October 26,2024 Ihave called 5 times My CC was declined RICH WHO D care was for funds not availiable. Six days leter they were and quickly swipped out of my account. At that call number 1 I rewuested that I be refunded or givened two that I missed I was told from RICH WHO Dte car wash no. I asked for management to return my call-never did. I 1 I called a 3rd time the lady argued you with me when I request a 3 week credit. She also told me the reason it wasn't working was due to multiple carwas sticker on my windshild the will be the foruth time I am refused service. It doesn;t matter I call 4 times, rejected getting my car wash 4 times, driving across town to be rejected it's doesn't matter that my car looks like crap it doesn't matter that it was their shady billing process, was a completsdisuie theven writing thiis is a complete disuee I even plane on write the BBB and the Chanber for noot even returning mu call the bottom line is- I paid $49.99 for an unlimited month of carwashes that I was unable to ued to office minum wage customer ervice whrn the owner or upper manager should have called me back but instead my calm screams for cutomer service went unanswered. I waited an entire month for some one to call and being rejected and turned away 4 times during the month because problems RICKS WHO DAT CAR as a courteouse I whould have been let in for the inconviences that RICKS CARSH pit ,e though.SWASH monthly till this happened. Good value! Clean free (with a car wash) vacuum areas. Early morning specials as well as Unlimited Monthly Washes which are a deal if you like to keep your car washed. These can be used at most locations. Today was the one time one of the men spraying in the beginning was outright rude but most of the associates are really friendly.

Love the bug bucket prewash. Quality is great and the soap is clean, not brown! Good value and friendly staff. Wish they offered detail and internal services.

Cool spot to get a car wash if you don't mind the drive through machine. Vacuums have good pressure. Plus the complimentary air freshener and wipe cloth comes in handy.

Wow! What a great experience! I passed it several times in the past and it was already very busy. Uh uh, I said to Gawd, no way I'm gettin in Dat tunnel I'm to scade, uh huh, I said scade take dat! As I rolled in there was a young man named Jared J, working on his washed car, infact he was doing this for a great friend who needed his help. I told him how scared I was to go into the wash tunnel. He said no worry, I'll walk you in., ( The POPE had just finished talking about the Young People" and they should be looking out for the Seniors/Elderly) uh huh, Gawd was right there. Jared gave me to another another of Gawd's angel named Chelsie M. She was not only beautiful, but knowledgeable. Chelsie answered every question, even the one about T'Rex, and was he coming out of the tunnel acting foolish. Chelsie told me to take my foot off the brakes and the neutral button and the steering wheel. Chelsie said it's going to be alright , ah sade whaaaaat "dis "will be like a runaway train, huh?. Jared and Chelsie looked at me , my eyes were as big as the headlights. Uhhuh dats right. Guys and gals I was ready to do another round. The staff was great for scardee cats. The premises was beautiful, inside the tunnel one was able to see the operations as the car is mumbling , this is cool, yeah I'll be back. There's enough pull in booths to do your touch ups if necessary. There's enough equipment to accommodate all the cars that pulled in the said spot. There's a club to join, that I find to be a great offer. There was one other staffer that I didn't get his name, I will add it right after I get this review in. Chelsie must be telling him to tie down T'Rex, no I'm just kiddin y'all. My car got more compliments than a movie star. It diverse , friendly, through, easy enough parking if you're just dropping by. What a great car wash. The best I've ever been to. I'm from Florida and arrived dirty and buggy and came away clean and spotless. The free vacuum was powerful and effective as well. I highly recommend this place.

Overall this place is very efficient and fair on pricing. The automatic wash is good and will get most of the job done in a pinch. Their monthly service if 39.99 unlimited washes is the best value. The only reason why I wouldn’t give the place 5 stars is that you have to do some work your own. For example, vacuuming and bumper prepping. But what else do you expect in today’s world.
