This studio is amaaazzzing. They have so many accommodations and the staff is the absolute friendliest. Everyone that goes here seems to be genuinely happy and are all welcoming. I feel like I was on the fence for so long bc of the price, but it is so worth it because of all they offer + the accommodations. They also offer a first time price so I would definitely take advantage of that. If you don't know which class you want to try, I recommend the megaformer. It works literally every single muscle you can imagine.

Make sure you check which location you’re at. Their hot yoga is stunnnning. Felt so in tune with my body and unashamed about how much I was sweating. Great way to clear your mind

i stopped by for a class while i was back in town from school: i wanted to try the megaformer classes because i've never tried anything like it, and it was certainly an experience! the class was definitely difficult, more difficult than a regular reformer for sure. the instructor was great at helping me out and adjusting because it was my first time taking a class here. i will definitely be sore tomorrow. they have lockers, cubbies, and showers, free to use. overall a nice experience, the studio is beautiful. i want to come back to take a cycling class one day.

I only did a few spin classes here when I was using ClassPass. Admittedly not the best class for beginners!! It was challenging, fast-paced, and a good workout! However - newbies beware - you'll need to change into their "special spin" shoes, so arrive early! The class could feel more accessible if we could wear our normal sneakers and also if some of the yelling into the microphone was cut out.

I highly recommend taking the Lagree Fitness Megaformer class. Even if you are a beginner the instructor will keep you on track. Just take the class.

Joined a few weeks ago. Scheduled 3 reformer classes of which 2 have been cancelled the day before. Tried a ride class. The bikes are so close together that the lady in front of me kept flipping her long hair and it landed on me multiple times. Not pleasant.

I have been a member for over a year but the studio has gone downhill recently. I have had multiple classes cancelled on me just hours before they were set to begin. The Uptown location has dropped many of their evening class times and the ones they do offer often are cancelled . Overall I am waiting for my membership to expire and then going somewhere else. Sad that this is happening to a gym I used to love.

Took a few classes here before COVID Below up but they were very professional, hands on and supportive! When I move back to NOLA I will be setting up regular classes!

Micah is an amazing instructor and is pretty much the only reason I would ever take a spin class. His amazing energy makes the class unbelievably fun, and even a little bearable!!!!!

Terrible first time experience. Agree with other reviews that the front desk girls are ridiculously incapable. After I purchased my first class I received an exciting email for a great price on a few classes. They said it was limited time and I needed to respond within 24 hours. I did, and received a response from one of the front desk girls explaining that the email was automatically sent out to all first time members, and that I was ineligible for it because I purchased my first class at their first timer rate of $15. This was never mentioned in the email, nor disclosed to me when I signed up for my first class. Also, shouldn't the studio be aware of this and not send out an offer they are not willing to honor? They knew I was a first time customer and they should be able to see how much I spent on the first class. This is false advertising, and I was severely disappointed to learn that the next best offer they could give me was nearly TWICE the cost for the same number of classes. What?? BETTER YET, I then received an email that the front desk girl Rachel, had charged me for another full class THAT I NEVER PURCHASED. The receipt even has another woman's name on it. I called and explained I HAD NEVER PURCHASED THIS CLASS nor did I give permission for my card to be charged. Rachel explained that since we had spoken on the phone earlier about the fake offer, she had my account pulled up and "accidentally" charged me. Glad I caught it. Super disappointed that this was how a new customer was received by Romney. They are money vultures and utilize false advertising with fake promises of rates they will then come up with a reason you are ineligible for.

I had an absolute blast at outdoor rave ride with Jon. If I could rank the class on its own- I would give it a 5/5. Class was so engaging and challenging, and the vibes were immaculate. It really was the closest that I’ve felt to being in a club in a long long time. The music choices were great! And Jon was super encouraging but also gave great form cues throughout. I wish he had taken a little more time with the newbies, but overall it was an amazing class. My only complaint was that class started a little late (but he noted he was holding for the sun to go down so we could have the full rave ride experience) but then he gave some people a little grief for leaving early (on time). The Romney studios were pretty nice. They have a cute little shopping area and an adorable neon sign. They gave everyone shoes and towels for class. After checking in, my friend and I (who were both new to the studio) were not given any instructions on where to go. We were a little turned around, and didn’t know that bikes were assigned. We ultimately found ourselves at the wrong bikes, and a regular class taker graciously corrected us. Not a huge deal- but easily avoidable. The studio cleanliness/upkeep was not as stellar as I might have hoped. The bikes are a little on the older side (totally makes sense as this is a multifunctional workout studio). My towel had some blood on it - and while it had clearly been washed, that was still kind of gross. I told the front desk associate and he threw it back in the wash hamper. In terms of Covid protocol- the big win here was that the bikes were outside in an open air tent. That was awesome! And there was a surprisingly good breeze. The bikes however were not quite 6 feet apart, and no riders were wearing masks. So just be prepared for that when you come to class.Overall it was a great class though- and I’d totally go back!

Really love these workouts - but have been coming for over 5 years and still the owner doesn’t know me. Definitely feels exclusive in the worst way- eg they won’t give up spots on the waitlist even if someone is 10 minutes late because they’re valued higher than you. C’est la vie in uptown. Not to mention the owner isn’t wearing a mask inside and is hugging everyone - clearly disregarding the safety of her clients based on her beliefs of the pandemic.
