Customer service from the short lady at the front desk soon as you come in was terrible and always terrible. She seems like she hates customers to come in an every time I come instesd of asking do you need help she stares at you as if her corn flakes were peed in that morning.

Started bringing clothes there a few months ago and I am pleased with their work thus far. I find their pricing to be reasonable.

I am disappointed with the high price I had to pay on the back end. I hoped I got my price per piece of clothes on the front end. When I went to pick up my clothes I had to pay $320.00The reason I did not get my price on the front end is because I was dropping clothes off on my way to work and did not want to be late for work. Lesson learned. I am going back to Van's cleaners and alterations on Carrollton Ave. The same amount of clothing and my clothes were pressed and cleaned to my liking for a measly $141.00.Again lesson learned and stick to what you been doing some times change is not good when no errors are made and you are pleased.

Russell's cleaners is a very well run cleaners service. From the friendly staff at their locations to the home pick up and delivery to the outstanding quality of their work. They keep convenient hours of operation. Kudos to Ms. Andree, Ms. Wanda and Ms. Tamika! With you, it doesn't feel like a mere errand to drop off or pick up my stuff, it feels like a visit with friends!

Absolutely horrible. I brought a tuxedo shirt along with a dress for my wife to be laundered for our first wedding anniversary. My wife’s new dress came out perfect. My new tuxedo shirt was ruined! I paid $80 on the new shirt, they laundered it and had it bleed all over the white shirt and stained the button holes. They then tried to give me my shirt back with no buttons on at all!!! I then told the attendant that is not how I brought my shirt in and require my buttons all sewn back on, and she obliged me. She then called me, said my shirt was ready, and when I arrived, she had sewn a giant white button at the top of the shirt because she said they were out of black buttons. I literally had to return 5 times to this cleaners over a two week period to pick up my shirt on the continually extended time table that they themselves provided. Nearly two weeks later, a simple laundering of my first wedding anniversary shirt has now turned into me not having a shirt to wear because they could not properly communicate their capabilities. Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can.

Warning - if you bring your clothes to Russell’s, they will not stand behind their work.Been going to this place for years. They’re a bit expensive but I always thought that meant higher quality work that they would stand behind.Last week I picked up my suit and the vinyl elbow pads were completely ruined. They didn’t even bother to tell me - I found the damage when I got home and then noticed they noted it on the receipt. When I went back to ask about the damage and repair/compensation, I was told that they followed the garment label (dry clean only) and so they’re not responsible for any damage. That’s it?! So if your actions result in damage to a garment, you’re not responsible because you “followed the tag”? And who decides that you actually “followed the tag” and didn’t make a mistake? Oh, you decide? That’s great.
