“Okay fellow truckers we have came to an understanding show up on time and they will do there best to get us out in time. Like the meeting we had special thank u to wearhouse manger for the compromise greatly appreciated. Together we make it happen. ??Truckers roll out.”
“I needed a truck to move my daughter’s things (and some of mine) into a storage unit and I was lucky enough to work with Stephon at the U-Haul at Broad Warehouse Furniture. I showed up at 9AM and the truck was gassed up, clean and ready to go. Stephon and his partner had us in and out in under 15 minutes. If you need a U-Haul, this is the place to go. Conveniently located too!”
“We highly recommend using U-haul's services. Everyone we worked with throughout the process went above & beyond. We were so impressed with how friendly everyone was. We saved a TON of money moving across country, PODS & Budget wanted $8k+ and we paid $3k here, using 2 of their U-packs. Took a lot of stress away not having to travel with our belonging with them hauling everything for us. Didn't have to worry about our stuff while overnight in motels, that was very nice. Saved big on gas! They stored them for the first month onsite and allowed us to come in (with short notice) to gather things as needed. They really were amazing. Thanks U-haul!”

“I've rented a truck and a van from this location and had positive experiences both times. In addition to using the app, I have found everyone at this location to be incredibly helpful and patient. I rented a dolly and they didn't have the specific one I rented so they upgraded me at no charge to a more premium one. They are also responsive via phone as well. I'll definitely be back when I need to rent a truck!”
“If Google takes you to a sketch part of town with barbed wire around a bunch of lots then you're on the wrong side of I-10. Go to the other side and it shows up as Avis/Budget.”
“The Ladies of this location were Absolutely AMAZING! They were kind, helpful, accommodating and so helpful! Ms. Kwanda, the GM, ALL of them! AMAZING service! Thank you All for your kindness and generosity.”

“Store Manager is such a sweet young lady. I always see her bouncing around the property and always greeting my husband and I with a warm welcoming smile. Anytime we’ve had issues or questions she addresses our concerns quickly. Hopefully she gets some help so she won’t be there by herself all the time. We definitely would recommend storing at this property and ask for Alexis she will make sure you’re taken care of.”
