I've been renting in the Erato Street facility for year and just downsized (again). Troy and Jill helped me and they also managed renting my old unit to a friend of mine while we were there. Great service! Nice people. I recommend them!

The Mini Mall Storage facility is spacious, well-organized, and spotlessly clean. My experience was excellent from start to finish. I was a walk in with questions. No one was at the desk so I called out. After waiting a bit looked around and found them outside and asked if they could help me. Not a big deal…until I was met with a rude answer of they were the only one working. I apologized to her. And then this is where lady with the red hair made it seem as if I was an inconvenience to her for daring to ask for help. She asked if I looked online for prices. I explained how I was just walking by and figured I could pop in. Didn’t really have a plan or set questions. Just that I prefer to talk to people in person as they are usually able to provide better assistance. She continued to make me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my questions. I did not know a size so gave her a guesstimate of what was going in it and tried to reference a size. She condescendingly explained to me how what I pointed at was 9 feet and the room she was quoting me was 7x10. Laughed at me and said 9 feet shelves wouldn’t fit in something 7feet wide. I told her I understood how measurements worked and if one of the walls’ dimensions are 10feet then it would in fact fit. She huffed and continued to be rude and condescending. I hesitated on even posting anything but mannnnn it was such a terrible experience. My entire walk home I was just baffled out how mad it made me feel. Could’ve been a real simple sale since I live in the area. Will 100% not be returning and will be looking to see what other properties are associated with this to make sure I don’t use them.

I can't say enough great things about the customer service we received from Miss Jill! We have been customers for 4+ years and never had any problems at all. Recently our car was stolen, so we lost our locker keys and Fob. Well, Jill to the rescue! In a matter of a few minutes she was able to cut off our old lock, issue us a new lock, program and issue us a new fob, and stayed with us at the building to make sure everything was working correctly. Great to have her help today, and again, fantastic customer service!
