“I have been coming to this Fedex and it has been a hit or miss, a couple years ago... from customer service to their older machines that couldn't do certain print jobs that other Fedex's could. However, I've been back three times in the last month, for shipping services and had amazing customer service; specifically Nancy and Ty were the ones I have worked directly with. Super professional, friendly/cheerful, and patient! I just love being able to come into a business where I'm greeted and serviced with great attitude. As I was leaving, I could hear the other staff members greet people, and just friendly assisting the customers. The energy was just positive feeling and happy! Thank you!”

“Let's start with my uh oh's. I needed some materials printed for an event and it had been a while since I had to use a printing service and not been able to just print in office. I did some Yelp searching and found this location. It was close to enough to my event location so I thought it would be an easy in and out. Well, I also forgot that there's always a random conference or two downtown, so you can imagine my shock and horror when I discovered that not only was this FedEx in the lobby of a hotel, but that they were actively hosting a conference. I'm not going to lie to y'all, my soul left my body briefly, because I just KNEW this was about to be a JOURNEY. Of course it was popping, no Chris Brown, in the print center so we settled in and began to use the self-print option. Should be easy enough. If you can pick up where this is going, you can insert the narrator's voice here "it was in fact, not easy", lol. However, shout out to Bam and Trey, the skilled and knowledgeable staff at the print center. They were so incredibly patient, kind, and helpful even though they were completely slammed. They answered all of my questions about paper, helped me to troubleshoot, and got me everything that I needed in time for my event. They expertly took all of the hurdles in stride and maintained such a positive attitude throughout the entire time we were there. While it's not the most convenient location for most, if you're in the area and need printing services, you won' t be disappointed with the customer care--their professionalism is beyond impressive. You may just need to pack a little extra patience if there's a conference in town.”

“Horrible service, the young lady didn't know what she was doing, No one came to help either, she couldn’t locate my account in the system so I had to pay more for shipping my package $62.00 my discounts were not applied and she was not knowledgeable at all. The workers and management knew she needed help with the computer obviously, and they didn’t step up to help. Now I have to email the company to get a reimbursement wasted my time and money. Horrible service.”

It's just a great location and a very clean and helpful staff.”

“I used to live in Nola, returned and spent over a week emptying my storage locker, producing 8 LARGE boxes to ship. Using this store I worked primarily with Christopher Wade who carried seven of the eight boxes from my car into the store. He assured me he would add extra tape and fragile stickers. “I was in town for an event recently, and I had to have some items printed immediately. We were having a few problems with the printing, and we needed some assistance from the guys who work there. They were very busy - a large convention was at the hotel and it must have been their lunch break. There seemed to be a lot of folks shipping things. The guys working could have very easily told us they couldn't help us. I was honestly trying to look up small, locally-owned printers because I couldn't imagine that these young men would have the time to help us. But once they got through the group of people before us, they got to work on our issue. They took great care of us, and made Fed Ex an additional $300 they wouldn't have made otherwise. I was just so impressed with their professionalism and really their kindness. Fed Ex is lucky to have employees like this and we were so thankful and appreciative of their help.”
