“Every time I enter this location, I am always greeted with a warm smile and welcome. Then they ask me what they can help me with and not only do they help me with the services I need, they make sure everything looks even better than I could've ever imagined. There is no other place I'd go to in New Orleans nor recommend for any printing needs other than this store.”

“We need to print our tickets for the essence festival. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to find a place then we found FedEx. The staff was helpful and we were able to print our tickets for less than two dollars for the three day event.”

“I used to live in Nola, returned and spent over a week emptying my storage locker, producing 8 LARGE boxes to ship. Using this store I worked primarily with Christopher Wade who carried seven of the eight boxes from my car into the store. He assured me he would add extra tape and fragile stickers. I'm back in California now and all boxes arrived, With the fragile stickers. These guys are smart, courteous, And GOT THE JOB DONE! Great work! Thanks!I forgot Chris's nickname but Give Him A Promotion!!!!”

“Horrible service, the young lady didn't know what she was doing, No one came to help either, she couldn’t locate my account in the system so I had to pay more for shipping my package $62.00 my discounts were not applied and she was not knowledgeable at all. The workers and management knew she needed help with the computer obviously, and they didn’t step up to help. Now I have to email the company to get a reimbursement wasted my time and money. Horrible service.”

“I left the store today with a smile, and felt compelled to leave a positive review to offer a counterpoint to all the negative ones. Personally I have not had a bad experience at this location, and I stop here once a month or so. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Parking is tough, but that comes with the territory in the CBD!”
