Great place... but as a touirst, walking 2 miles to a store named cannabis only to find out it doesn't have cannabis? Is misleading... tourist, have our medical card and it can be used here but at a specific location..

Complete scam. Called them for delivery service and they asked to Apple Pay. Once I paid, they asked for insurance fee. Refused to send back money and ignoring my calls. Do not use.

street parking, somewhat hard to spot at first. but very friendly and helpful. would go here again in a heart beat. The gentleman really helped me out, I get chronic headaches, and he was able to help me get something to help that. And was able to get something to take the edge off atleast.

Decent place. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The prices are pretty decent; I got the CBD gummy's for $26 for 8 gummy's. I realized after the fact that I was over charged and the salesperson didn't email me a receipt right after the transaction. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable.

Very easygoing and clean environment, plexiglass COVID safety barriers, staff person wearing mask. I went to get new CBD oil and the staff person who assisted me was quite helpful and recommended a favorite flavor. Thanks!

After traveling all over half of New Orleans looking for a certain product, I finally found it and it happened to be only a couple blocks from where I first started my quest. The location is quite unassuming and you probably wouldn't notice it if you weren't looking for it even though there was a hella big and hella bright sign in the neutral ground stating that CBD products were sold there. Walking in the store, I was quite pleased to see how clean the store was and how open the layout was with natural light coming in. I was immediately greeted upon my arrival by 2 employees and they actually seemed genuinely happy to help me. I am so glad that they didn't treat me like a nuisance or inconvenience like the last two shops that shall not be named treated me. The young lady was very knowledgeable in her products and answered all questions that I had with a beautiful smile. Also, I was finally able to find what I was looking all over the city for. Oh yeah, the young man gave me so many compliments on my outfit, I just couldn't stop cheesing. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Simply CBD and I plan on returning shortly.
