First red flag, they had me wait 10 mins before taking my order, and didn't acknowledge or speak to me until a few minutes before they took my order. I could tell from the time I spent waiting that we were dealing with a trio of unexperienced workers. Which is unwise to do scheduling wise for a franchise that promotes their specials on FRIDAYS. Today is a Friday, for context. However, I had no thought that they would cost me 20 mins of my time to get a smoothie bowl and no time to stay and enjoy! Mind you, it's the most expensive thing on the menu and after taking my order, I waited another 10 minutes for them to make the smoothie bowl. All the while, they served two people immediately and provided them with their smoothies. That was the second red flag, customers coming in after you and getting their products before you. NO BUENO! Additional red flags, I kept having to repeat my order to the guy at the register and all I wanted was to sub bananas for mangoes. Then there was a young woman with extremely long braids who kept having to pull her hair back. I do not care to see someone with gloves on handling food, and adjusting their hair. Luckily for me, she wasn't the one who prepped my food. She was too busy disappearing every two seconds. Which perhaps explained why they were slow even though Google says live: "not too busy." Honestly, I'm not as frustrated with them as I am with myself. For the price I paid for my son's lil Angel basic smoothie and my smoothie bowl $19, I could have made my own at home. Thanks for the motivation to save money and make my own!

Hello. I usually order pickup through the app, but my car is in the shop, so I utilized the app delivery option for the first time. I ordered 3 smoothies & paid $30 plus a tip for smoothies that I feel wasn't packaged correctly for delivery. All of the restaurants, I've ordered delivery from in these past 2 weeks have the drinks & food sealed & tamper resistant. My smoothies came with no seal or paper taped over the straw hole, no tape on the cup, it was too easily accessible. In today's world, there is no such thing as being too paranoid & I didn't drink them or let my kids drink them. Maybe I've been watching too many FB videos of delivery drivers tampering& drinking out of drinks, but better safe than sorry.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and made me laugh. One young man suggested The Hulk, and I enjoyed it. The music was good. Just a great environment when I stopped in stressed from going to the dr, it was a really nice break from life. Give the staff bonuses!

The young workers are nice but their manager, Brittany has a negative and off putting attitude. Like rolls her eyes and sucks her teeth type of attitude.

Went a couple weeks ago and it was horrible!! My sons smoothie had so many ice chunks and no flavor , we were in a rush to get to Gulfport so couldn’t have it remade :/

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from DoorDash and Smoothie King. On April 20, 2023, I placed an order for a small child's smoothie and a bowl with a total cost of $30.62 for delivery through DoorDash. Unfortunately, the Dasher only delivered a partial order. As a result, I had to drive to the store myself to return the child's smoothie and request a full refund.Both DoorDash and Smoothie King have been unhelpful in resolving this issue. They have been shifting the blame to each other, which has caused undue inconvenience. Ultimately, DoorDash refunded the amount to Smoothie King, but Smoothie King has not issued a refund to me yet. I have contacted the store manager several times, but she has informed me that only the "GM" has the authority to issue refunds.It has been over 10 days since the incident occurred, and as of May 2, 2023, I have yet to receive a refund from Smoothie King. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly and I receive a full refund of $30.62 for the undelivered order.

The worst smoothie ever. The young lady had to remake my smoothie 3 times bc she refused to simply follow the recipe on the ticket provided and refused to refill their bottles so she was just pouring juice into the blender. $7 gone to waste & for what?! Cause this child was lazy….Never again!

Employees were extremely rude. When I walked in employees were sitting at tables on their phones and took my order after minutes of me waiting. They closed for 8 I ordered my smoothies at 7:20. I realized both my smoothies were awful watered down and incorrect. When I attempted to go back inside at 7:30 to have my drinks corrected the doors were locked. I knocked on the window and both employees ignored me and proceeded to close the store as if there wasn't 30 minutes left until closing. This is my 3rd bad experience from this location when it came to watery smoothies and nasty unnecessary attitudes from employees upon entry. Shame on the GM and hiring manager. Do better.

Came in early before work to get a smoothie. I usually use a digital wallet so with that in mind I figured a chain corporation such as Smoothie King would accept this form of payment. I ordered my smoothie excited to start my morning off with an energy boost before I was told that "This location does not support Contactless Payment" Morning is ruined, have to go to work and settle for coffee!!!!! - October 1st, 2022.

Online ordering is nice. They always have to ready for me in the stand so I can just walk in and grab it. Enough space on both sides of the store to park.
