The neighborhood T-Mobile store provides excellent service, just like the company overall. The manager Jonathan clearly works with staff and together they try to juggle the flow of customers who often visit to buy but also learn. Not easy, especially during peak times. But they make it happen! Making an appointment is a good trick if a customer knows there's lots to talk about.

Jonathan and his krewe are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.I had been to this store in the past and would get aggravated with the help.These guys have got it together and go out of their way to help me and make sure that I am happy before I leave. Much appreciated! Great team.

We have always been sprint business customers and weren't sure about merging with T-mobile. However, after the personal service we received from the store manager, we have no doubt at all about staying with T-mobile!

I came in here on a weekend to get a quote for a phone line. The lady who helped me literally signed me up for the service somehow even though I didn't sign ANYTHING. Afterwards, I got a bill for not even having bought a phone or set up a plan. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Employee charged with 32 counts of identity theft (stealing then selling customer's SIM cards) according to a report on WWL. Appalling.

If you are an international traveler, t-mobile has the best coverage overseas. With NO extra cost, you automatically get free texts, free data (think WhatsApp video calls!), And 25 cents/minute voice calls. None of the other carriers come close to matching that!

I do not recommend buying an Apple Ipad from this T-Mobile store. The saleswoman sold me an ipad with a bad SIM card. It's supposed to have unlimited data.Don't let them give you an E SIM card those don't work consistently.

Rude female manager and fat dude who puts things on your bill, says they’re free and then they’re hundreds of dollars to get them off. No seating which would be fine if the service wasn’t so freakin slow. But fat dude blamed it on slow computers—at a phone store? They have to call everything in so it’s not really a service center either. Just a ridiculous waste of time. Some employees are nice but Tchopitoulas Street location has unscrupulous business practices. I’ll be reporting them to corporate—in case they care. Wish I could give zero stars.
