I ordered a salad of lettuces and vegetables and asked what type of oil was used in the oil and vinaigrette combo. The lady at the register told me it was pure olive oil. I asked because I am terribly allergic to canola oil and other types of oils. Since eating the salad I have been very sick. Full body inflammation and I can hardly get out of bed. There is no way I was given pure olive oil.I called a few subways and did a search online and was told what Subway calls “olive oil” is 90% canola oil and 10 % olive oil. If this is the case, Subway is putting everyone’s health at risk by not disclosing this information. It will take me weeks to heal from this inflammation. I’m outraged.

The subway inside of the Tulane University Hospital at 1415 Tulane is the worst ever. RUDE RUDE AND RUDE. Today, March 4, 2022, I requested a Tuna Salad and the lady who prepared my food was very stingy AND unpleasant. She was stingy with spinach lettuce and the other ingredients. When I requested that she add a little bit more, she stated that I would have to pay extra. The issue is, she does not have a measuring cup and no sign stating how much you are supposed to receive of each ingredient. It took everything in me, to tell her to keep her salad. I will never visit that subway again. I see why they can't keep employees there. I will spend my money at a different subway that appreciates their customers.

Twice, while walking to the Tulane bus stop just past this store, I was accosted by employees standing outside. Apparently from the tone and comments, this store has a racial problem.

VERY RUDE ELDERLY LADY! Line was very long and I asked to used the restroom while I wait for the line and she refused. I even promised her that I was making a purchase but she refused to let me & refused to listen when I was trying to tell her that I would give them my license to hold as proof. No wonder they only had one person at a table and people walking out of the line. Was only going there because it was close to library and save a few bucks-left & went to The Joint.

They took out the power outlets at this location. I used to come here and plug in my laptop while eating to check my email. Why would they do that? They also don't give water like every other store. Workers are fast and enjoyable people, but management or owner have made decisions not good for me the customer which is a little disappointing.

Very small space. Not much room for in store dining but the staff is loud, friendly and fun! Not the place for a nice quiet lunch but a loud lively group will keep you entertained.
