My phone was stolen at Bacchus so I came in with my new phone to get the glass protective screen put on. The customer service I received was the best I’ve had at any T-mobile store. Jose is the absolute best. How he interacted with me and the other customers was applaudable. If I ever have any issues with my phone again, I know who I’d want to take care of me.

The store manager, Tana went above and beyond to assist me with a complicated matter. She had several customers waiting, and handled everyone with patience and the utmost competence. She is a gem and highly qualified!

The only things my salesman told me that were accurate were that Netflix was included and that I’d save $10 a month with autopay. My monthly bill is over $20 higher than he said. I asked point blank what portion of my bill was financing the phone and watch; he insisted I was only responsible for tax. One glance at my account proves that was a lie; there are separate charges for both. And I can’t cancel service because then I’ll be responsible for the full cost of both upfront. The device took several minutes trying to install a software update. I told him it wasn’t doing anything, just a spinning wheel. He insisted the update was installing for half an hour before deciding to restart the update. The whole process took longer than it needed to, and in no small part due to his not listening or paying attention to what was going on. So no, I won’t be back to add home internet to my package. Obviously.

This T Mobile store has the BEST associates! I cannot remember everyone’s name that helped me, but I’m going to try (and probably butcher the spellings): Toni W, Tana, Akeem, Arnisha, plus 2 others.Each one of them was bound and determined to help me get my service restored (T Mobile eSIM problems since yesterday). I was traveling with my kids and spent over 8 hours TOTAL inside of a store (Apple for 4 hours-on the phone with TMobile for 3+ of that, afraid to lose the WiFi), then today for over 3.5 hours inside of the T Mobile. Add in the additional 3+ hours I spent on the phone after I left Apple trying to get service. Regardless, 2 days of our family vacation has been ruined.But the staff at this T Mobile was awesome! Super friendly, understood my troubles, and seemed to truly care about getting my service back up and running.If you need to get your phone serviced, THIS is the place to go! I’m not from here, but I love them more than my own group back home….maybe I’ll drive the 11 hours to have them help me in the future!!! Thank you all so much for your help!!!!

Horrible service. A pretty girl, about 25, with long hair weaves, named Arneshia, was all but rude. We had a new phone we ordered, and she flat refused ANY type of help other than to take the Sim card out of the old one and put in the new phone. It was about 6pm. She said they closed at 8pm and didn't do any other type of "help" /service after 5:30. What do they do then? Get paid 2 1/2 hrs for nothing? Makes no sense to be open for customers until 8pm then... This seems like something the manager SHOULD address!!

Every time I go to this store I have to wait to make a payment only 2 workers and it’s always a line in there they are very slow they should have a machine that you can used to make your payment!!
