The manager took the time to help me understand how to port a cell phone number to my phone's 2nd sim (an eSim) in a very courteous & professional manner.

I arrived in the store in total stress after 2 hours on the phone, trying to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile. My experience on the phone was unsuccessful and horrible.I am so glad I came to the store: Sonny was so helpful, solving one problem after another, very talented and nice. I would put 6 stars if I could!!

DeShaun the Assistant Manager was amazing. I've had several Mobile experts help with my phone. 1 expert locked me out my phone and I've been dealing with this for 4 hrs for the past 2 days. I Wanted her to call customer care but she asked me to let her do her job. She's an ASSET to Tmobile. I don't know what Tmobile would do without her. She was able to get me into my locked phone and save all my data. She's heaven sent. Ask for her if yall need to switch to Tmobile. She's beyond excellent. Tmobile need more knowledgeable and helpful people like her

The 5 stars is for Kate. A total above and beyond experience. My phone got stolen and the T-mobile insurance is a nightmare. So 0 stars to the insurance. 0 stars to T-mobile for choosing a company that makes it impossible to come in store, pay the deductible and get set up with a new phone. Kate is a real gem. If anyone from corporate is reading this please give her a raise. She is the only reason I didn't switch phone companies. Also dear T-mobile corporate, get your ducks in a row. Being that messy is not a cute look.

Really had a better experience here after the job the Chalmette location gave me. The two agents working the closing shift did a great job answering my questions and demonstrating a great case I should get. The rainbow case that glides?. Thank you !

*TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!* My husband and I went in to purchase a new phone for him. Upon our arrival, there were several other customers that seem disgruntled, as they seemed to have been waiting for quite some time. There were 3 employees there, so we figured it may be a wait. We waited patiently for about 25 minutes, browsing around. The manager, Mathias, was servicing customers sufficiently, but it was apparent that he was overworked and ready for his lunch break. Mathias initiated the phone sale for my husband, but left shortly thereafter. Enter “Co” —(that’s the name in her name tag, which seems like a nickname). Co SEEMED to be new, and picked up our sale. When it was time to purchase the phone, Co informed us that the price that was advertised was not the cost of the phone on a pre-paid account. I asked Co what the difference was between the post-paid and pre-paid account, and she didn’t really give us a concise answer, other than “Oh that’s just the ‘phone only’ price”— which didn’t mean to make much sense, because with either account, the customer would be paying for the phone FLAT OUT— no financing.Moving on, when my husband attempted to pay for the phone, Co tells us that his phone bill needed to be paid in order to purchase the phone. My husband’s bill was paid just a few days ago at another T-Mobile location. Co then proceeds to tell us that she sees where it was paid. Ok (so are you looking at the account correctly?). When he FINALLY received the phone, there wasn’t a wall charger associated with it. I then asked Co about it, and she tells us with an attitude that “none of the phones come with a wall charger”. I just recently purchased a phone with AT&T (iPhone 13) and it came with a wall charger. I informedMiss Co of this, and again, Little Miss Attitude pops back up again, informing me that “baby that was a year ago”. So at this point, I just started laughing, to keep from crying as people say. In my retail experience, I understood not to go back and forth with the customer, but hey, it’s hard to find good help these days. We left the store, with other customers with their issues not being resolved.BOTTOM LINE: IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK, THEN DON’T. There are plenty of people that gladly would like to join the workforce and will replace you accordingly.

We went in to trade in a phone to upgrade. After 2 hrs, and being told it was no problem, we were told the phone couldn't be used for a trade in because their system said it was a bad IMEI?? We'd bought the phone outright 6 months before that?? They said Tmobile and Sprint had not fully merged their systems yet... YOU THINK?? While we were there a lady came in with a new IPhone 13 she'd just bought from Sprint 4 days before and which she couldn't make or receive calls on. She was told that was because it was an older phone by one employee before they ever looked at her phone. The lady told them no... it was not an older phone BUT a brand new Sprint IPhone 13. The employee then owned up to their systems were not fully merged yet... I myself, have a 2 yr old Sprint Galaxy Note 10 Plus, and can't even get a signal half the time in New Orleans!!
