Lunch here was outstanding. My group had many things off the small but interesting menu - smash burgers, chicken katsu sandwich, salads, lettuce cups, bork belly.Service was great.Food itself was amazing. You could tell that a great amount of care and attention to detail was put into every single dish - fresh ingredients and how it was cooked, prepared, and served - even the French Fries.Highly recommended.

Attended Christmas Dinner on 12/25/23 for the second time at this place, and it left us unimpressed. Despite the appealing decor and design of the hotel and restaurants, the food and drinks were mediocre. The service was the biggest disappointment - our courses arrived at different times, disrupting the flow. Despite acknowledging the mistake, the server offered no apology or concession. It seemed the staff treated White customers with more care; an error with an older White couple nearby resulted in a sincere apology from the manager, who even comped their meal.

Food & drinks: The dinner was absolutely mouth watering! Blackened snapper and hanger steak were perfectly cooked. If you're looking for an upscale dining experience then I can recommend! Waiting for a table? Grab a drink by the pool.

Excellent boutique hotel bar and restaurant with a pool. The bar makes wonderful handcrafted cocktails along with delicious and divine appetizers, entrees and desserts. My favorite is the drum.

We ate there 3 times and the 1st time we were there the service in the patio was a bit off but the food made up for it. The other two times, Nate served us and made us feel like we were at home. The honey-goat cheese appetizer is uniquely amazing and so is the lamb. It's not a large menu and we tried almost everything over three dinners, you won't be disappointed.

We were recommended the Chloe by a New Orleans native and our stay was fabulous! The property is spectacular in every way. We found the manager Johnny to be extremely helpful during our stay and the operation ran very smoothly. All staff were consistently in motion attending to guest services and we didn’t notice a single incident of staff on their personal devices which is a welcomed relief from many hospitality properties where staff are preoccupied with their own personal needs as opposed to guest needs. We would like to highlight the gorgeous pool area, superb culinary offerings and Skylar’s spirited attention. We subsequently decided to book one night in December on our way to Dallas in order to revisit this unique experience.

While I can't speak for staying here, I can speak for the experience I had trying to book the Chloe for a room block and rehearsal dinner for the weekend of my wedding (Spoiler: we did not end up going with The Chloe). First, I had a very difficult time getting a hold of anyone in charge of room blocks/rehearsal dinner reservations, and once I did get some form of communication, it was intermittent and the details were not fleshed out. I followed up multiple times and ultimately decided to book elsewhere despite the amazing ambiance and perfect uptown location. As a bride, service and communication is the most important quality a vendor can posses. I found the Chloe extremely lacking in this department. However, if they can improve this, this would be the perfect location for a Rehearsal Dinner/Room Block!

On paper this hotel is a true gem!It is well located on a safe and quiet area and you can reach really easily the French quarter via streetcars or a fast taxi drive. The room we stayed in had a lot of style with a fake cabinet door opening to a hidden bathroom. The building itself is really beautiful and decorated with a lot of "cachet"I nevertheless only put an overall 3 stars for the experience. My wife and i felt like it was not at the level expected for those reasons:1/ the swimming pool is nice and much appreciated after a long day discovering NOLA. The thing is that it is open to people paying a fee for the afternoon or coming to the restaurant. In the end it is full very fast on sunny days and you loose this feeling to be in a typical house of NOLA with only people from 10 rooms or so.2/ Some cool artefacts do not work and are not repaired. We loved the idea that there was a turntable in the room. The reception even give you some bags full of vinyl’s! But the turntable did not work. I know it sounds silly as it is not a must have but the fact that you have it in the room and it does not work creates frustration. Plus at this level of prices, (more than 700USD/ night) yes, you want to live something special.3/ The administrative /billing experience did not go well. We just wanted to get a clear invoice of what we consumed during our stay. We were just given verbally a global # with no details, meaning there is no way to check if everything is ok. Then we were first charged more than we should have paid before being reimbursed and debited again for a smaller amount. But once again, 3 weeks after, still no invoice, so we do not know what we paid for.....We needed to leave to catch our flight, i asked for a manager to call me. Still waiting for that call 3 weeks later unfortunately. As written before on paper it is a gem, but maybe just for the restaurant part. Next time we are in town we may consider other hotels in this range/style such as the St Vincent or Audubon. For this level of price, expectation is not value for money but experience.
