Great place to live the staff is wonderful always helpful and alert and the security of the building and garage is extreme safe as that was a priority in living in New Orleans. Never had a problem on anything during our first lease here while our house was being repaired and now returning again to the garage due to ida.

In fully remodeled buildings that originated in the late 1800s, this complex now hosts living spaces with open kitchens, large living areas, and views of the cityscape. Our full bathrooms are fitted with contemporary fixtures and finishes, and our bedrooms offer views of the cityscape. We host residential car elevators that can lift residents to their personal parking spot in a matter of moments. The Garage also features a sun deck, wading pool, fitness center, and a meeting space available to reserve, all with views of the city.
