“I moved into The Beacon early 2023. I absolutely loved living here and could not recommend it enough. Gaby and Diana (staff) are absolutely amazing! Move in, move out, support, maintenance, everything has been phenomenal. It’s a great location, the building/common areas are always clean and the building is very secure. The only reason I’ve moved out was due to purchasing a home and I considered backing out to stay here longer.”

“Best apartment complex I've ever lived in! Christi was an amazing property manager and very attentive if you brought her any issues. The front desk concierge absolutely makes this apartment worth the price – I never worried about packages getting lost, they ensured tenants felt safe 24/7, and went above and beyond to help with groceries or food deliveries if they had the capacity. Since the parking garage was not attached to the building, the front desk would open the back loading dock if needed to assist with bringing in groceries. However street parking was pretty easy to find.The pool is on the smaller side but the outdoor patio was great. The gym has everything you’d want, including cardio machines, a yoga station, an Olympic weight lifting squat rack, and a large range of weights. The property is maintained well. Whenever I entered a workorder, maintenance personnel came the day of or the day after. They make sure the trash rooms are clean and come regularly for pest control. The only complaint I have about my apartment was the sliding doors in the bedrooms, so there was less privacy if you shared the apartment. The kitchen island was amazingly useful and there was soo much storage space, including a huge bathroom linen closet. The central air was well regulated and allowed us to keep our utilities pretty low. Overall the apartment caters to a young professional/ graduate student population so it can get pretty lively. However I’ve never had any issues with noise and all my interactions with fellow tenants were pleasant. Last but not least the location cannot be beat! Having a prime spot allows you to travel easily, either by walking or a quick drive to anywhere in the city, or quickly get on the highway if needed.”

“I’m a tenant at The Preserve and have been for the last 13 years my experience here at the Preserve has been an amazing one from the cleanliness of the property to the caring family oriented office team! The staff here are very caring always smiling and ready to assist in anyway that you may need them which is what prolonged my stay!If anyone is looking for a place that offers top amenities and an amazing loving office team I highly recommend The Preserve I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!!Ms.Johnson”

“I have lived at Gold Seal Lofts since 2011 and I am extremely happy with my home. The property is well kept and the office staff is great. Planning on planting some veggies this season in the Community Garden that is available to us. I also love the courtyard lights that have been added. Not planning on going anywhere. Come be my new neighbor if you can get in! We are full. That’s what proves we are great.”

“I have had an apartment in The Garage for almost a year now and really like it. The building is run by a great group of people – Sean & Dena being at the top of that list. The neighborhood is great – with easy access to the CBD and all the great restaurants within walking distance. Secure parking & keyless entry are added bonuses (the parking is the best offering of any building in city). Highly recommend.”

“This is the perfect place for our little family. It’s a very convenient location. I am a student at LSUHSC and it only takes me 4 min to get to school.The residents are nice and friendly. The apartments are very spacious with lots of natural light. Washer and dryer in the unit and free parking garage!Mathew, the leasing agent, worked with our schedule to make sure we had a smooth move in and was extremely helpful and welcoming.Overall we are enjoying our stay so far!”

“Great building and neighborhood (Lower Garden District) to live in NOLA! Resident at Josephine four years and loved my entire time as a resident! Great and helpful maintenance staff and building-leasing agent has been great. Easy to reach and extremely helpful. Building has a great pool and gym as well. Roof top-sky patio has the best view in NOLA! HIGHLY recommended Josephine Lofts and the Lower Garden for NOLA living !”

“I have lived at the American can for a few years and it has been great. One of the best things is the location of it in relationship to the Business District or how easy it is to get to Metairie. On top of that the building structure makes it very sound and having 10+ foot ceilings is always a plus. The amenities are great and the maintenance team is quick to respond.”

The two front ladies in the office are very kind sweet and if you have any problem with paying your rent, just go up there and talk to them and they will help you I could not find a better apartment to live in. I’ll be here almost a year”

“So far things have been pretty good. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is a big plus, --so is the gym. There is a pretty diverse group of tenants, which is also nice. There are free washers and dryers on every floor. Basic internet and cable are also free, although the internet is a little glitchy, but this may just be my modem/router.”

“Im sure the more negative reviews show up first, but in my experience NOLA Apartments has been incredibly responsive for me and my housemates all year. They are always quick to reply to emails and typically send a maintenance repairman within a few days of requesting. Kelly and Denny in particular have been so good to us. They are always more than willing to work with us, and are incredibly kind and understanding of college students’ situations and sometimes unique complexities.”

“I love the location which is CBD. Three blocks from Bourbon Street where the party's at and three blocks from Warehouse District with its fine dining. The rooftop pool offers great selfies and a relaxing time. On the same level there are two grills for cooking, sinks and an outside refrigerator for temporary storage. Furthermore, located on the inside is the actual hosting area for parties and larger gatherings tenants can use. One more point, the gym with several elliptical and quality treadmills that are in constant working order. Free weights and machines are available to complete your workout. Finally, The maintenance crew are always doing a great job whether it's mopping floors, dusting elevators or completing repair-requests.”

“I'm a recent tenant today is my move out day at the cove . It's quiet back here , the tenants are super nice in building two . The new management team rocks they go above and beyond to make sure they tenants are happy and satisfied. Only reason I'm moving is because I lucked up and found something closer to my job and I rely on public transportation to get back and forth. These also was my first apartments and I was very pleased .”
