I operate and vintage crystal & china business and I'm in this store at least twice a week mailing packages. Saturday afternoon I got there at 5:10pm and they close at 5pm. The staff was still there and the gate was partially opened but the door was locked. I asked to just drop off the package. The girl just kept shaking her head no, while I'm standing there holding a 35lb box of china. I know she recognized me because she waits on me all the time. This is the same girl that was so hungover on a Saturday am, she could barely stand up. Overcharged me for a shipping label and didn't know how to fix it. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. I's a shame because I live in Lakeview and it's very convenient, but I'll just go to the Veterans store from now on.

The young lady working there did not seem too enthused about being at work nor did she seem like she knew what she was doing. Only shipped two packages however it all seemed so painful for her to do her job... literally sighing the entire time

I always have a terrific experience here. The staff is extremely helpful and, despite what grumpy customers may think, they really know what they are doing!I don't go to other UPS stores unless this one has downed internet which will happen until everyone switches from Cox to AT&T Fiber.If you call and get mad they don't answer it's because they are working their butts off to help customers that are often extremely rude and don't understand that Amazon makes the return policies, not UPS.I'm grateful for all the workers here and would mention each of them by name but don't want to accidentally leave anyone out.To all you UPS staff, you know who you are and how helpful you've been to me during the last year. I'm super grateful ? and will keep coming back and correcting customers when you don't have the time to deal with their silly questions!

I needed to get fingerprints done and this was the location I was scheduled to go to. My appointment was for 9 am. I went in at 8:30 when they opened to see if I could get it done then. Teddy was absolutely wonderful. He was polite, pleasant, and professional. He made small talk with all the customers that came in and really seems to enjoy what he does. I was done before 9 am. Keep it up Teddy

Dropped the Ball - Excited to try a new local store but it did not quite work out. I shipped on Saturday and today is Tuesday and my packages were still sitting in the store today. I picked them up myself and brought them to a different shipper.

I sent a package 2 day air. 6 days later the package is not delivered and says "in transit". I went back to store and was told "the two day shipping is not guaranteed" . I was not told that when I sent it. when I talked to Teddy the manager he said "yea it is in the screen that you sign". He had zero empathy and did not even apologize. I paid over $80 dollars to send two day. If I had been told not guaranteed I would have sent over night for the extra 20 bucks. I would rather drive to go the next closest UPS store than here. Avoid this location at all costs! if I wanted terrible service with zero customer service I would have sent USPS.

I recently shipped a king cake. The clerk asked if it should be shipped in another box. The gentleman said no. Well the cake box was opened and a large hunk of cake was eaten. It’s been (2) two weeks and I’m still waiting for a phone call to receive my refund. Next time I’ll ship out of another location.

Worst service Ive seen yet. i ship hundreds of packages a year in sales. You will not get me to pay you to add 20% in costs for you to pack it. Period. Or by needing to “inspect” my packaging. You act like you pay insurance claims out of your own pocket. Grow up. So no, you get none of my business. You were rude to your black clients for not knowing how the UPS shipping process works. Saw it. That poor guy had no clue. You could have treated him better. And then you were rude to me for *knowing* how the process works. Mansplaining doesn’t make it true.

Have waited four months for a refund on a package that never left the store. I am making a claim with the State Attorney General’s office to investigate this shady corrupt business. I knew when I was shipping the package that there would be an issue. The most unprofessional shipping at UPS store that I’ve ever experienced. As another customer stated, I also witnessed their racist attitude towards a black customer.

Went in and one of the workers, Izzy was extremely rude with the customer ahead of me and also myself. I’d never had this experience here before, but if he was having a bad day he should’ve had stood home cause it makes the business look bad! In the future I will not go to his register.
