“We went in last night with a low tire, knowing it couldn't be fixed & we'd need to replace the front 2. With it being so late we were going catch a lyft home and pick up our car the next day. The staff was so nice and went ahead and changed out the tires for us even though it was getting close to closing time. I truly do appreciate them! Made things a lot less stressful for us.”

“They sold me a really great tire “used” tire for a good price. The only recommendation I have for them is tire balancing with all purchases. Include an extra $5 for balancing. That would be extremely good and set them apart from the competition”

Michael Jourdan lived up to his name and provided an excellent finance rate. Would 100% recommend doing business with Mossy Motors!”
“Great service and support. I needed a wheel bearing checked out as I was getting some noise in the front. The tech went for a ride with me and confirmed my concerns. They took the truck in and had parts delivered and installed within the day. I was out the door with the repair complete and an oil change for less than half the price that the dealer quoted me. I will be returning for all my service needs in the future. The ladies at the front even dropped me off at work while the repair was being done! New favorite shop in town.”
“Every time I've been to the Gentilly Chevrolet location, it is a poor experience. The last time I went and the last time I will have gone was to get a rim for my car. I was told that it also needed a wheel alignment so I followed up with Gentilly Goodyear. They told me that the alignment was fine but the balancing was not done properly (it would be 20 for a balance but the ones that put it on should do it free). I went back to Banner to check my options. It was 70 dollars plus tax to get my four wheels ballanced or they could hold it over the weekend and get it back Monday and maybe have something done to it (price on option two unknown). Matt was ready to let me know how much he hated his job and how much he hated being there on the weekend. I'm sure he wanted the commission from my 70 dollar sale. I took it back to Goodyear, told them the crap from Banner, and that I would take the balance they told me about. Goodyear did it free. It may have been easy for them, but Goodyear got my future service and good word of mouth. Banner won a 1 star review and not having to deal with me again.”

“The two brothers that own and run Motormen auto service and body shop are really great guys. They took the time to look at my vehicle and check the computer check engine light and told me the truth about what the issues were with my truck. I was in New Orleans for the summer and had to go back to Tucson Arizona a 20 Hour drive in the extreme heat. They told me the issues were under warranty at my mechanic in Tucson and that they wouldn’t cause a problem during my trip and they were correct. They also helped me find out what my truck might be worth if I want to sell it. They are conveniently located just north of Claiborne on Euterpe the same road as Home Depot. I recommend you check them out they are funny smart fast and know their vehicles. They advised me on what type of vehicle I could switch to when I sell my diesel. When I was in their shop I felt safe, listened to, and respected. I definitely will go to them for any mechanical needs when I am in New Orleans!!Service: Vehicle Inspection”

“I loveee Mr. Donald! I’ve been using his services for years now and I’ll ONLY go somewhere else if it’s something he can’t do. I used to live up the street from his shop, but now I’m traveling from near metarie for his services. I’ve been seeing people say he’s rude, but he’s just busy and has a lot to do lol. Very sweet guy. He’s looked out for me so many times. Whenever he sees me he says “hey my girl whatcha need”. I recommend him to everyone, he’s fair with his prices and just an overall good guy. He might now know my name, but he for sure knows my car!”

“Kehoe is a reliable auto mechanic. They clearly communicate about car issues, repair timelines, and cost estimates. They answer the phone and all questions. It’s really nice to have a solid shop!”
“The service is always super fast and the owner is always very friendly and efficient. He always gives me a new card to make sure I can reach him, even though at this point I have his number saved into my phone. Anytime I get new tires I get them to install them and it's super affordable at $15 a tire, and it takes less than 5 minutes, plus it saves you a lot more money then getting new tires from the dealership and getting them installed. I got the tires for 40 each and it only cost fifteen to install them which is nearly $100 cheaper than what the dealer charges me per tire. They also sale new and used tires there which are great, they just don't often have my size so I get them online.”
“They have always provided great services. Labor is a bit higher but better than the dealership, more so they could advise on how to save some parts like rotor instead of buying a brand new one.”
“This place is awesome. The workers are super helpful and they provide a wonderful service for free! If you bring more than five tires, you do have to pay a small amount per tire, but I don’t know why people don’t utilize recycling locations more often!”

They diagnosed, fixed, and had it running better than it has in years in about 24hrs. I thought I paid a little bit of a high price but zero complaints here because my vehicle came back quick and in good shape. If you don’t already have a place you take your car to. This is one of those places. Trusty worthy, upfront, & does the work.”
