Getting in contact with a member of the local stores is a joke. Stay on hold for 20 minutes for tool rental and can't get someone to answer

Rude, the gentleman at the rental counter wouldn't even speak after I spoke twice. He contended to whatever he was doing like I wasn't worthy of being spoken to. Also please make sure you have insurance if you try to rent a truck. I don't have a car, I ubered to the location so I don't have insurance. He was rude about the way he handled the whole situation, assuming I didn't have a drivers license. Not being able to rent a truck is not why I'm saying he was rude, he needs better customer service training.

I've processed repairs of Ridgid tools through this department twice. Each time has been a debacle. I've had a two month delay twice. I have not been followed up with when my tools are back at the store. One time a tool disappeared. I was last told that the refund I was owed would automatically credit to my debit card. It did not. I'm currently on hold with the fourth person in attempt to receive the refund. Overall, I've spent roughly four hours of my life in unnecessary frustration due to this ineptitude.

Horrible customer service through the whole store. especially in the tool rentals. got a pressure washer that had no gas and no one told me before i left the store got it set up to find no gas took extra time to set up break down and set up again. never have i experienced this in Texas, anywhere. i use home depot alot and this is by far my worst experience EVER!!!
