Scheduled me for an appointment and even reminded me but did not have the courtesy to tell me that I had to be seen the same day at UMCNO because the clinic flooded.

Consistently Great doctors and nurses but god forbid you need to call. There's some incompetent batch of operators secreted away "out in Norco" who have not Once been able to provide me with correct information. Don't get me started on the automated call/email system. Just don't.

I thought it was a good clinic until recently I have high blood pressure and I need my medication but for some reason I can't get my doctor to send a simple refill request to the pharmacy I'm out of my medication and no one is doing anything for me!!
