Recently, I lost my left Samsung ear bud! I only needed the left one and ordered it online from a company that had “like new” ear buds where I could order just the left one. It arrived and would not pair with my existing right ear bud or my iPhone. I tried the online company’s instruction and also to call for help to no avail so I sent it back for another left ear bud. It arrived and the same thing happened. It would not pair with my right one or my iPhone. Since I originally bought these Samsung ear buds at an AT&T store I wen there. But the rep did not know how to pair them. He suggested going to the Asurion Tech & solutions store on Magazine in New Orleans. I went there and Alvin the clerk at Asurion worked trying to pair the two ear buds with my iPhone for about 25 minutes trying different thins. But none of those worked until he downloaded an update and voila! The ear buds were paired with me iPhone. I was elated and asked how much was the charge and he said nothing! Shocked I said I have to pay you something for your time. I only had $10 cash on me because I always pay with my credit card. He did not want to take it but I made him. Next time you need tech service ask for Alvin at the Asurion store on Magazine. I cannot promise you free service but they will find a solution to your problem!

They did a great job!I had a rather frightening accident last week. Took a spill in the middle of Magazine St in the cbd where there is plenty if fast moving traffic--and it was night and I was wearing black so no one saw me go down! Had to leap up and scramble furiously out of the way of the oncoming cars. Thankfully only my knee was injured, but when I looked at my phone I was horrified to discover the screen completely shattered beyond repair! My beloved Samsung S20 that has served me faithfully for nearly 2 years. Insurance was able to replace it almost immediately, but when I took it to the Verizon store to get it activated, they were unable to transfer *any* of my info to the new phone, including my nearly 10k pictures... a record of my Iife for the last 5 years. Luckily the Verizon guy pointed me in the direction of UbreakIfix. He said they'd be able to replace the screen so as to transfer my data. He even called and got a quote for me--$215 dollars! I was a bit put out by the price but I was willing to do it nonetheless. In the end, when I talked to them myself, I was able to get a better deal! The Verizon agent hadn't accurately described the problem, and since I only needed a temporary screen replacement, it would only be $100... $109 total with tax. I went in and had everything transferred this afternoon. It took a remarkably short time, only around an hour. So I just waited for it to finish since I don't have a car. I hung out in their lobby... which does not have any chairs, but they do play the Bob Ross channel so I got to watch him paint for a while which was rather soothing. The girl who helped me was kind and professional and she even wiped my old phone for me so that I don't have to stress when I send it back to insurance. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I was very pleased with the experience at uBreakiFix! Staff seemed knowledgeable, capable, and professional. My phone was promptly fixed as soon as the requisite parts were in.

Phone fixed very fast whiled I was there and did not charge me as all he had to do was clean the speakers.I offered to pay and he said no charge.

My Samsung Z Fold 3 had a cracked front screen. They went above and beyond to service and restore my device. A great knowledgeable crew of techs over there. I highly recommend them.

Hard to find service like this these days. Thought I had a faulty charging port, and the tech said, “Likely just needs to be cleaned out, give a minute.” Two minutes later, phone charges like new again. Could have easily sold me a “repair” instead, I got a fast, free, friendly repair. Highly recommend.

Ian was very helpful and brought my computer back up to good working condition. Took just a couple of hours. Runs faster, cleaned up some memory, viruses were cured, fixed a few User errors and it works great! Would definitely recommend!
