I have used this store 4 times hoping my experience wouldn’t be terrible each time. The employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. The first time I came here Neil was watching the Saints game and motioned for my daughter to move from next to me at the counter so he could see the tv. Couldn’t be bothered to help me or answer questions. It’s the same rude experience every time. Yesterday the kid that was at the counter was so rude I left and went to Whole Foods. Whole Foods was helpful, friendly, and free! UPS was rude and wanted to charge me to return damaged items. I will NOT use this store again. It’s terrible to be treated so rudely for no reason!

Do not waste your time giving these people your business. It has been the worst experience ever. Felt so discriminated for been Latin and Arab. The bearded short fat guy was so rude and racist. He made me take off the shrink wrap from the boxes full of clothing and personal belongings, and then conditioned my shipping upon him going through my belongings. What the hell? Racists and Rude and invasive. I took my business elsewhere. It's not the only UPS store in town. With people of these sorts they'll more than likely fail and close. Don't waste your energy coming here.

I’m appalled by the ruthlessness of this location more interested in money than helping customers. Sorry I ever came here, do not recommend, Rude and inconsiderate starting with management.Also I noticed over the years, not one minority, female, etc…working here only rude white men, it’s a real boys club in there.

I used to live in Nola, returned and spent over a week emptying my storage locker, producing 8 LARGE boxes to ship. Using this store I worked primarily with Christopher Wade who carried seven of the eight boxes from my car into the store. He assured me he would add extra tape and fragile stickers. I'm back in California now and all boxes arrived, With the fragile stickers. These guys are smart, courteous, And GOT THE JOB DONE! Great work! Thanks!I forgot Chris's nickname but Give Him A Promotion!!!!

This joint sucks! I tried to return an Amazon package. I'm told, "We cannot return this without label." The Amazon website listed this joint as a Drop-off location, needing no labels, only QR code, which I had. These people claim a mailbox costs $800.00 a year! They're completely useless.

One of the worst UPS stores I’ve been to. Unhelpful. Clearly management’s policy is to up charge for everything, rather than help a customer out and reduce junk purchasing. 5⭐️ for lousiness ?

This review is for the UPS store on S. Claiborne Ave. I used to live in Nola and recently returned to ship 8 LARGE boxes of belongings to CA. These guys were great. Christopher Wade was particularly helpful and would make a great manager or trainer. He was bright, helpful and CUSTOMER CENTERED. I used to manage staff so this compliment doesn't come lightly.They carried my boxes from my vehicle, promised they would add extra tape and fragile stickers which they did, and All boxes arrived in great shape.They did a great job. Everything arrived safely. Good Work!

I've had nothing but easy times using them in this location. Once in a while there's a line, but they move very quickly in there. (6221 S Claiborne location)

The WORST shipping store experience of all time. Came in for a simple Amazon return, employees were distracted and rude, the guy who helped us was texting and eating chips, super disinterested in helping at all. I set the box I had brought down for the return on the counter while the return label was being printed -- the guy moved the box behind the counter, and then another employee came and took it, and then the first employee said he didn't know where the box was, and he tried to charge me for a new box. Would have been comical if it wasn't so annoying....He finally found the box but it took 5 minutes....the whole thing was a joke. Go to FedEx!!!!! Horrible experience here.

I have often experienced terrible customer service here but kept returning because it was so close to my house and I am an adult and who can put up with some rude men for 15 minutes. But after being screamed at today for no reason at all I’ve had enough. Something is seriously off here. I’m not sure if it’s management or what, but I would avoid at all costs unless you like rude and condescending men who will overcharge you for everything. The tchoupitoulas FedEx is well worth the drive.

Something about the kind bros who work there just makes me happy. They are just these college bros workin hard, doin their thing. It’s just rather pleasant.
