Hands down, the best UPS store I have ever been to. The employees are incredibly kind and patient (no matter how unprepared I am :). They know what you need and are top notch in professionalism and efficiency. You won't stress coming here.

Staff is super friendly. The hours aren’t the best if you work a 9-5, I know I had that issue before. But it is very easy to get to and there is a spot you can stand at just outside designated for ups 15 min parking.

Staff is friendly, but they hit you with a $10 service charge. No where in the store are you warned about the service fee. Apparently the fee is dependent on weight… I literally shipping a piece of paper and it was $10. Frustrating. I will be contacting UPS corporate to try to get that money back. Won’t be back.

I have been going to this store for years now. No matter how busy they get with the many tradeshows held at the conv ctr, the staff is always on point! Cardale, Taj and Katherine are all so friendly and super helpful.

Listen up Oklahoma, if anybody should be listened to it should be one who bears this tale. I shipped an expensive package from Louisiana to Oklahoma City including $1800 insurance. It was extremely important for this package to arrive on time as it contained my tattoo supplies needed for a long work trip in Seattle. It was guaranteed to be here in time and lo and behold it was not 1, not two, but 4 days late. I had to reschedule my flight snd clients. I called down TJ the customer care center on s Portland. I gave them my tracking number and they told me they had it there. Apparently, the driver was unable to deliver it 3 times at my condo since, he claimed I wasn’t there….which…wasn’t exactly true. Not only was I there, I and two others living here were on high alert knowing how critical it would be on me if I missed the delivery. Nobody pulled into our parking lot. It would have been pretty hard to do so without leaving tracks in the 1” or 2 of snow on the ground the day before “the first delivery attempt”. This is where it gets OUT IF THIS WORLD CRAZY! The I arrived at the post office and am greeted by a supervisor apologizing to me about something that happened to my package. (If you haven’t seen it yet, take a look at the attachments. You’re not going to believe this!) Supervisor says,” You’ll definitely get your insurance on your package because it fell off our truck in transit. I’m going to cut to the chase: I didn’t get a dime. Apparently, because I didn’t pack it responsibly per policy using RIGID FOAM!!!!! I submitted pictures showing packing peanuts, towels, packing blankets, clothes ALL tactfully wrapped around my computer, monitor, scanner, switch, thermal printer , tattoo machine, tattoo ink, fragile memorabilia of my brother who recently committed suicide, and I want you to delve into the pictures and see what type of business you are dealing with. This is the third time I’ve attempted to file insurance on a package with UPS and this is the third ridiculous cop-out excuse I’ve received from UPS insurance team. This business has NO INTENTION OF PAYING OUT ANY lINSURANCE AT ALL —even if it falls out of a truck at 65 mph?! You’re probably wondering why i didn’t sue them. Well, I actually did. Unfortunately I have a TBI and suffered severe memory loss from it when 4 people walked into my tattoo shop to rob me and instead beat me with weapons until my heart stopped as well. After I got out of my Coma, the only things I owned were in this package—that UPS carefully discarded off their truck. Back to the court thing, I forgot the date and didn’t even make it before the judge and court I invested $165 to see about this mockery. I called the person who handles the insurance claims and she said I failed to use rigid foam and if I would’ve followed the rules my box would be good as new after hitting the pavement. She rebutted me and bellowed , “We can settle the insurance claim for half price, but if you even say attorney we will renege the agreement. I said HELL NO ! I filed a lawsuit that I later didn’t show up . I May continue to trust people easily, ship with unethical people, accidentally forget important dates, but I’ll NEVER EVERRRR use UPS again. I doubt I will EVER STOP THE NEGATIVE PROPAGANDA until they are struck for the unethical business practices, false promises they don’t intend to keep, and for their insurance scams they continue to opt for every time the accept money for Insurance. Ask yourself this: do you know ANYONE…who has EVER received insurance from a list or stolen package? I’d like to finish with a statement about the testament above: My previous tattoo and piercing shop called “Justin Abel Art” now called “Tattoos and Piercings Near Me” won business of the year in 2019 from the BBB for ethics. I’m the Torch winner for the US! Don’t believe me ?Look me u! When you see the trophy on my Instagram, maybe just MAYBEEE you’ll give me enough credit to walk away from this as the one who told the truth. Take it from me! I have hundreds of five star reviews! Don’t use UPS!

I had a great experience working with this UPS store last week while I was working a trade show in the convention Center. They were super friendly and helpful on the phone and in person, and they did a great job printing my foam core poster. It exceeded my expectations.

This store has some of the best customer service in all of New Orleans- not exaggerating. They are always cheerful and helpful. Super efficient service. The bad reviews are definitely old, because my only complaint after taking Amazon returns and stuff here for two years is that they have limited hours.

This ups store is awesome..... and while I am only using them to mostly drop off unwanted purchases, they just have such a great attitude and vibe that it's always a pleasure to walk through the door.
