Pretty sure this place is the cause of my problems. The superbowl is not bad weather or a reason too delay my package

I wish that I could give this company no stars. The driver had a liftgate to unload the pallet, but he refused. Now the company is charging my business additional money to redeliver the pallet. This company is HORRIBLE!!

They would not mail my package unless I already had paperwork she wanted to charge me a dollar to put a piece of tape on it I'll go somewhere else for now on
