Horrible mail delivery service. Mail is delivered into the wrong boxes if it is delivered. There is no one you are able to report this to. My sister never received her eye drops for surgery. She received notification that they arrived but, never received them . She regularly gets someone else's mail
but, rarely her own. This is for zip code 70122 in New Orleans.

It’s UNACCEPTABLE to delay residential mail 3-4 weeks.
It’s ALWAYS a n issue,I’ve had to call on the behalf of my elder neighbors.
Never any follow up. just automated back to back and excuses.

They always open at least a half hour or hour after they are supposed to (at least for the last couple years now), but you still have to show up when they are supposed to open to stand in line because they are also rather slow.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Waited rom 8:30 until 9:05 this morning and not a single employee in sight. I had to give up and return in the afternoon. I see, from others experience, that this is unfortunately, business as usual.

I can’t even depend on them for pickups, they mark the pickups as successful and complete, yet the packages are still in my possession. It’s so frustrating and on top of that my “normal” deliveries are always delayed.
