Do not use this post office. It is a disgrace. I paid almost 30.00 for express priority service on a Tuesday. The package was never delivered, they did not tell the truth about being in transit when in fact as of Sunday it still has not left the post office. Buyer beware!!!!

Terrible service. Had my brother send me birthday money and package came up torn, additional inside package was also torn. Birthday card opened with NO money. Just the card. They said since it was "cash" or "check" there's nothing they can do about it since there's no proof it was sent. Long story short, this is a federal mail service with street level employees breaking federal laws, DO NOT use USPS.

Most unreliable service I’ve experienced with USPS. Packages are regularly scanned “No access to delivery location,” sometimes for 2-3 days in a row, before finally being delivered late. I also often experience packages being incorrectly scanned as delivered and “picked up by customer,” then finally being delivered 1-2 days later. And of course, sometimes packages just go missing. I started shipping my packages to a friend who lives in another area of the city.

I put a trace on a pkg because of an error on my part and within 24 hrs I received a phone call from this post office that they had pkg and would deliver the next day, which they did. Credit needs to be given where credit is due! Thank you again.

Trash place with trash employees told me come Monday I do and they are closed on the second for new years come the next day wait in line and they say I need an appointment this place is a joke

They're blatantly stealing mail, I've reported all the employees atvthis location to the OIG, they will be under investigation. Do not trust your mail with these people!!!

I couldn’t write this review fast enough!My husband and I went to the Louisiana location (2000 Louisiana Ave.)to apply for our passport (9-17-2022).The lady behind the desk (Whitney) was Amazing!!!!Whitney was knowledgeable,courteous,patient and just had one of the kindest personalities!!Applying for one’s passport can be a bit of a production but “Thanks to Whitney “,it was stress free!God bless you Whitney!!!The Wyman’s

This is. Y far the best post office in town I. My opinion. They open on time and usually have more than one person working at the front desk. I know this should be obvious but it's a great improvement to some others. So they get five stairs from me.
