Just want to give a shout to Luis who spent two hours with us to get my grandparents on our family plan. He went above and beyond by calling ATT to get their account straightened out in order to switch their service to Verizon. He was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. He made a stressful day the most pleasant one! Y’all make sure you ask for Luis when you go in!

It seems that service has gone downhill everywhere. I used to be able to walk into a phone store, buy a phone, and leave with a working phone. Here, I bought 2 phones, and left without them being activated. I returned to the store, and they charged me an additional $30 per phone to activate. I left with what I thought were 2 working phones. I found out that evening that they are only working on wifi, and that the eSIM activation was incomplete. Now, I'm supposed to go back to the store and have them try again. I assume that I will be charged an additional $30 per line for them to give it another go. Very disappointed in the quality of care. I'm not sure if all Verizon stores operate the same (I assume they all do), but I will need to consider another service provider if this is the new way of doing business.

I came here after my phone was stolen by UPS. I filed a claim with Verizon and was told I'd be able to upgrade again because everything was settled. Bob was the person who helped me and he couldn't have been less helpful. He was very rude and very condescending. When the system gave him an issue he made no attempt to help even after I explained the situation. He told me that I couldn't even get what I asked for so I proceeded to show him the receipt from another Verizon location where I ordered the phone that was stolen. After becoming irritated, I ended up calling the customer service line in front of him and the person I spoke with requested to speak with Bob because on his end everything was clear. The issue ended up being resolved with the customer service representative on the phone and the manager. If I didn't take matters into my own hands to call them myself nothing would've been resolved. Terrible. Especially coming from a verizon customer of many years.

Worst experience service ever. Waited outside when store was to be opened at 8am, while employees sat in the parking lot! Will never visit again.

Verizon on Clearview at Elmwood. Very helpful, busy on Sunday afternoon, but employees took time to answer questions my wife had, and resolve her issue with her phone. Thanks.

The store hours say it opens for 10-4 on Sundays on a itemized Feburay Calender. Waited for almost 20 minutes the doors still haven't opened and there's no sign of themOpening yet.

I just had a great experience at Verizon in Elmwood. The store is beautiful.They have a great set up. Darnell was really nice and patient. He solved all of my problems. Thank you!

I know that I have personally had issues with getting someone on phone just to get some information. I preparing to get a premium phone if doesn't improve I'll buy the $1200.00 phone from another provider. I've been 25 minutes on hold after representative got account information all I want to know is what finance amount I qualify for after I pay current phone off. Money not the issue I can buy any phone on the market outright this very second and then some
