Annoyed at the fact that I had to go home and box my item and print a label. When i know that it supposed to be just bring your FedEx code on your phone scan and drop off y'all do the rest. I was told print out label and take to next door fedex that is some BS.

Unprofessional, unfriendly, rude and impolite staff. They didn't have the prescription ready, they denied me the flu shot and their excuse was that they didn't have insurance and I offered to pay for it. bathrooms closed with the excuse of COVID but they are vague excuses. Every other pharmacy at this time has its toilets fully operational. These people do not want to work or do their job well. The pharmacy is dirty and messy, it is the worst pharmacy I have visited in New Orleans. Terrible experience.

The pharmacy is in shambles! There a hour wait in drive thru, 30 minutes minimum inside. Couldn't get my insurance in the system, lost my prescription in the meantime. The speaker in the drivethru doesn't work so you literally have to yell to speak to the pharmacist

I do not know how this Walgreens Pharmacy can be any worse. They do not fill prescriptions left by providers in a timely fashion - or they just lose the prescriptions. If you try to call them to talk to the pharmacy, they leave you on hold for at least 30. They ask you to provide your discount coupon before you check out. But when you pick up your prescription, the discount is not applied. Finally, they completely ignore you whether you are inside waiting to pick up or outside in the driveway. At the very least, someone should acknowledge your presence when you arrive but these people just don't. So I'm done with them. My advice, go to the CVS on Leon Simon Dr..

The pharmacy team is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was told my prescription would be ready by 8, so I went to the pharmacy around 8:40 to allow a grace period just incase they were a little packed up. I not only was told to get back in line but the attitude that the pharmacy tech had was atrocious! From the looks of it, there’s no work being done because they were all laughing and not paying attention to the customers in line. After I told her I didn’t appreciate her tone, she threatened to call the cops if I didn’t leave. They’re clearly just hiring anybody to work here! If you want professionals handling your medication please go somewhere else!

Saw a video where a recent patient that had surgery, on that day, was in line to pick up their prescription. The pharmacists gave them the run around - initially waited 3 hours for it to be filled, showed up on time to be told to continue to get in line over and over again & the prescription would be ready by the next time they got to the window. They called the police... because they didn't want to give this patient their medicine that they've been waiting for. Just absolutely ridiculous. With an additional focus on our health and well being due to COVID, to have your health and we'll being taken as a joke and not seriously... is alarming.

I’m really disappointed with this Walgreens. Both of the cashiers were wearing their masks under their chins. This is not the first time that I’ve seen employees at this location wearing their mask like this for the entire time that I’m shopping and going through the register area. It makes the shopping experience here unsafe and I’m sick of it, so I’m complaining.

I've been going to this pharmacy for about a year now and have had nothing but problems. I only have one prescription that hasn't changed but for some unexplainable reason they just can't seem to get it right. Today was the last time. After my prescription sits there for over a week they still couldn't seem to get it filled. When I asked for the actual prescription paper back they couldn't find it. Not to mention every single person waiting had something to complain about. I went to cvs and had it filled in 30 mins. Don't waste your time here.

One of my FAVORITE locations. I always get a "WELCOME TO WALGREENS" greeting from the staff as I come thru the front entrance. I find their cashier's, especially Miss Asia, to be super friendly and accommodating. Never have I felt rushed as I dug in my purse/coin pouch for change. If asked, they often take the time to explain the sometimes misleading sales items & this always makes me feel at ease. This location, literally and figuratively, shines brightly on the corner where it's located. Ample parking, even in the rear of the store, so park where you please. This location is RARELY out of stock on items; and that's definitely a plus. Additionally, I this is one of my faves because they keep my FAVORITE MINT/CANDIES in stock... VIOLETS!!!!!!

The staff at this Walgreens is friendly and nice and they have a good selection. I don't like that many things like laundry detergent and dishwasher pods are locked up and you have to get a staff member to open them. When it's 6pm, that can take awhile. The location is convenient.
