Sad they are lacking customer service skills and ethics. Rude as soon as you walk in. No hello welcome at all just an eye roll as the cashier sat on the floor of a isle. No karts and no they will not accommodate handicaps or moms with infants. They don't care for customers and do not represent Walgreens as it should be. Do better Walgreens and hire individuals with some kind of proper customer service skills.

Worst Walgreens service,I wanted to print a photo and asked for assistance and was told it is a self service and they don't have time to assist me and after placing an order on the print kiosk and requested the printout and checkout, I was told they don't have the paper.

Sketchy AF. Especially at night. Keep your head on a swivel. Multiple zombies in the parking lot and hanging around the entrance.

Not the best location for a convenience store. Had a few people out right out front of the door and at the corner of the store asking for money from customers. The cooler doors are pretty cool. There are locks on a lot of items, makes it more burdensome to pick up your item, since you have to have many items unlocked from the front counter, theft must be an issue at this location.

Yesterday I wondered if I'd get through the queue faster if I fell over dead while waiting to pick up prescriptions that the text said were ready. They were not ready. I did in fact die. This is my ghost complaining posthumously.

This is the worst place I have ever been. Protect yourself. Flee now. GO! Drive out of your way. Pay more. Do whatever it takes. Fight through the illness. Embrace the disease. Give all your health care dollars to a worthy cause, for this way lies ruin. I have become a nihilist waiting in this line. My child is sick. I dropped off the prescription at 1:30. The pharmacist told me it would be ready at 2:30. I went in at 8:30 tonight, and waited for 45 minutes for this medicine that was supposed to be ready by 2:30. I finally got home at 9:15. This is a horrible, horrible Walgreens.

It was fine. The ladies tried to help us but no one really knew what we were asking for. So yes. Nice service. But the staff needs to know to solve questions related to the products/services they sell.

A big F*$# you the rude B of a cashier for being so nasty to my friend with her service dog just now. They go in that store constantly. NO, she's not lying. Not all disabilities are visible! And not all service dogs are for the blind. Educate yourself.

On Tuesday at 10 .15AM I had an appointment for the Covid rapid test. I had indicated via the online appointment form that this test was for travel. Before you get on a plane to Australia you have to show a negative test. By Thursday 10 AM, ( 72 hours later), there is still no result, and I have found out that it was only received at the lab where they do the testing, yesterday afternoon. This means, I do not have a test result, and I cannot get on my flight. I had to cancel the flight, and arrange for a new travel, coming this Friday. This means I have to pay change fees, I missed out on my upgrade which I was really excited about, and I also have to now organize another Covid test before I can get on the next flight tomorrow. I know we are living in a day and age of lots of "Sorrys" and "we are doing our best", but that's just not good enough. If you can't guarantee the results on time, then put a statement on your website to say so, so people like me can find other alternatives where we can get a guaranteed result in order to meet our other obligations. I am absolutely disgusted and $700 out of pocket. I'm sick of this culture of no responsibility and no care.

Live across the street for 5 years - not once have I entered this location and not had to stand in line for at least 15 minutes... no s*** - not kidding... never written a Yelp review either but just had to... Today was the last straw.... Another 15 minutes in line and literally sat there and watched a manager put merchandise on the shelf rather than come over and hop in and on a register to move the line. Line literally wrapping around the store... she looked at it about 10 times with a "not my problem" mentality lol what a joke I get it, I worked retail at Circuit City in college for years it's not the most rewarding but if that's your job and you have a job do it to the best of your ability. Never mind the fact when you walk in our out of the store being subjected to vagrants AGGRESSIVELY demanding money or change.. Probably one of the worst Walgreens in the city

I think they are great! From pharmacy staff and managers. To , store managers, stockists and cashiers. Even when customers take their frustrations out on the staff (such as insurance issues) the staff stays calm, repeats themselves as many times as needed, and gives advice on how to explain situation with insurance company. The only little issue I have is (sometimes) the stockists are less than enthusiastic about helping find something. I would like to say "it's absolutely fine if I you tell me you're too busy now, or that you don't know. We will both be happier with that."
