I would give them 0 stars if I could. The employees at this pharmacy are soooo rude. They will think of ANY reason not to fill your Rx. If you're prescribed a controlled substance they are going to treat you like a junkie and a criminal. Horrible service. They made me wait like 30 minutes AFTER I had already called 2hours before to very rudely tell me that it was to early to fill my rx. It was a 12 day supply and I came on the 12th day. Go anywhere else that you can. I can't stress enough to you people to avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

Why is this store closed on weekends? It’s located in the hospital where majority of their patients come from. If someone get discharged they can’t even get their medicine and more so if it is a control substance no transfers to another pharmacy just go back to the emergency room and have them retreat you there.

The most inept pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Waited a full hour for two scripts then a 15 minute wait in the line again, only to be told that one was East but they couldn’t process the insurance for the second one. Another 30 minute wait to be told that they don’t even have the second script in stock. Awful place that doesn’t justify having a pharmacy in the hospital. Anywhere else is preferable.

Very bad customer service.waiting in the line and they told you we will call you after 25 and after 1 hour they didn’t call meand when I ask him, they told me go back to the line.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst patient communication , worst service. Will not call you to update you on anything , will place you on hold for minutes and never come back to the phone , they need to train their employees to a better level of care , they will refill whatever prescription they see fit instead of the medication you actually need , they do not read previous notes and the management does not care about any of this.

Have been dealing with Dr.s, insurance, pharmacies ad nauseam. Today, we lucked out and got to work with Grant (member of the Rx team). I cannot even begin to explain the level of understanding and help that he provided. He really listened, was very knowledgeable, calm, and put us at ease with his ability to problem solve.Thank you, Grant.You are a gem!

I was never able to experience this pharmacy; The one star is actually for Google maps, who said it was open on Sunday. Wrong information. Henceforth I will not travel solely based upon Google maps information. Lesson learned.

In from out of town. The staff navigated the waters between my HMO and what they were able to do for me. Understandably it was a bit of a twisty situation however with my perseverance and their patience, All is resolved. I come here every year for jazz fest however I stay for the nice people!

Not very timely. My order has not been ready for hours. I've been told "10 more. minutes" over and over. I've never had this issue with Walgreens pharmacy before.
