Went to store to do a door dash order and cashier refused to give me a hand basket. The cashier told me to gradually bring my items from my list to the counter. Very rude and inconsiderate. There was another cashier on the other side name Lyric who also refused to give me a hand basket. I requested to speak to a manager and they both said no. Both these employees need better training. I had to go find a manager who was very nice and handed me a hand basket. I always have orders with DoorDash from this location and never had a problem with any of the other employees handing me a hand basket.

The ladies at the pharmacy are so kind and professional. My insurance is not very good and Hined went out of her way to give me information on some programs that help to get my cost down. Highly recommend!

Great location, huge supply, but short-staffed! And they must be heavily shoplifted because everything is locked up! That is all, otherwise, I love Walgreens and this location has plenty of parking too!

Been waiting on ONE prescription for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Every 30 minutes I wait in line and they say they're "getting it ready". They don't know what they're doing

CVS stopped covering my insurance so switched prescriptions to here a few months ago. Awful decision terribly inefficient pharmacy do not fill prescriptions here. I do think I have no received one prescription here on time and customers around me are always disgruntled. CVS is a far superior pharmacy in comparison to this one

Every task at this store takes decades to complete. Do not think that you'll run in and grab something from this store, you'll be in for a rude awakening. Also, don't make an appointment for any type of vaccination at this store and expect that time frame to be respected. Time is an enigma here.

Walgreens in New Orleans = absolute trash on all fronts. Pharmacists are SO RUDE and just act d*** to anything beyond how a zombie would act as a pharmacist.

Came in to get a vaccine, made an appointment via the pharmacist request- waited an hour only to be told after that they don't carry the first shot anymore. Not accommodating and rude.

Walgreens is a good drug store with a pharmacy and photo services, among other services in the store. They have a wide variety of products for hair and makeup. They have products for ALL people. Some of their prices are high but it's quick and convenient so they can get away with it!!

I've been going to this location for snacks and general needs for years and decided to switch my pharmacy to them recently. I take lamotrigine for my bipolar 2 disorder, every single day, and I have for 4 years straight. obviously, it is VERY important there are no gaps in taking my medication. I picked up my refill last night, opened the bag once I got home, and saw they switched the manufacturer of my meds without telling me. This has happened to me before, and this particular manufacturer (Northstar) doesn't work with my brain chemistry. I should have known to check, but I didn't, that's on me. I called to see if I could return it, they said they can't take it back after it leaves the pharmacy, which is understandable. But here's my issue: when I said that I knew it wasn't their fault and suggested they tell people when they've switched the manufacturer on their long term medications in future interactions, the woman told me, "Well, it says it on the bag." Obviously, but how many long term med takers read every line of their pharmacy bag stickers and receipts every time they pick up? This obviously isn't just a problem that could only happen to me. The lack of compassion in her response was crushing, especially when, due to their lack of transparency, I will be without medication in 2 days due to hurricane Ida killing my buffer week of meds and having to convince my doctor and my insurance to let me get another refill the literal next day after my previous one, on a Friday. It's not that much to ask when for a lot of us, a LOT is at stake when we lose access to proper medications.
