Better than some other area Walgrees, but that's not saying much. Enjoy running the gauntlet of homeless, drugged-out pandhandlers who line the entrance, and the occasional thief leaving the store with an armful of unpaid merchandise, as you enter. The only section of the store with any real activity is the Pharmacy, whose staff are doing their best. Doesn't mean there won't be a 10-30 minute wait while your order is filled. The drive-thru is lame as well, with a speaker system so difficult to hear that you're left wondering why they don't just use sign language through the bullet-proof glass.
Lastly, forget about Walgreen's laughable "Save-a-Trip" program whereby they promise to synchronize multiple prescriptions. Well into year four, they have only once (quite by accident) managed to deliver two Rx's in the same day. Their system will also hold up requests for no obvious reason, for days at a time, and you may even be told that out-of-state Walgreens cannot fill prescriptions for you while traveling. (What's the point of using this pharmacy chain, then?? I often ask myself.)

This is the slowest Pharmacy I have ever been to! The staff is rude and they are always out of my medications.. even the ones I order every month over and over again! Save your time and go to another Pharmacy!

constantly out of my prescriptions that I order on a monthly basis, cancel my prescriptions when they’re out of stock instead of marking them as delayed and I have to call to make sure that I can expect they’re still working on it, and awful customer service. the attitude i received from telling one of the pharm techs i didn’t want to sign up for text messages was literally insane. switching pharmacies even though this is the closest to my home.

The pharmacy staff is really sweet, however, they are understaffed, which is not their fault, but it causes the wait time to be significantly longer. The downside is that the other pharmacy staff will see the line going down the aisle, but will not help their co-workers. They really do not have a team mentality at all. So I have left the pharmacy for a smaller, family owned one with great customer service,

Extremely rude - I asked if they could check if my prescription was ready at another location and they rolled their eyes at me (I’ve been back to check on the prescription 3 times). Also in the drive thru, the technician hung up her phone on me while I was asking a question. I’m sure they’re understaffed and stressed but I was in no way being rude so not sure what all that is about every time I go here.

I work at a healthcare facility and I spoke with Destiny in the pharmacy. She was so sweet and very very helpful. Many times I speak with pharmacy staff they are overworked and not in a good mood. Destiny was such a pleasure to speak with.

The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and when I tried to tell her my doctor sent my prescription a different day than she said she said “don’t yell” when I was in no way yelling. This prescription is time sensitive and they dropped the ball and she was insanely rude.

They closed the bathrooms at 6:50pm, while I was trying to enter the bathroom. Response was "they are closed".

Didn’t block off a biohazard in the store. For how it affected the store, they really should not have let customers even come inside until the biohazard cleaners showed up to take care of it. And I knew they had biohazard cleaners on the way as the cashiers were talking about how they’d come in with hazmat suits….if they need hazmat suits, why were we all in there around it?!

Terrible service. Scheduled an appointment to get vaccines. Waited 20 mins for rude pharmacy techs with no sense of urgency from anyone behind the counter. Finally left after 30 mins. Sometimes I hate living in this place with all of these lazy incompetent people.

worst customer service I have ever seen including telling patients "you don't like it then have your doctor cancel this prescription and find another pharmacy". Most of the time the people that come in contact with the pharmacy department are recovering or going through medical issues and patience and understanding and CARE SHOULD BE THE PRIMARY GOAL. Sorry excuse to allow this to continue.. continuous horrible customer is no way to keep customers and to allow it shows huge lack of accountability on behalf of walgreens
