I love the staff here, but the place is really badly managed. They never have enough employees working to properly run the business. I just left and they had one cashier by themselves and stocking. Disgraceful.

They treat you like dirt. You smile at the cashier and say "hello" and she completeley ignores you. You ask for something to be voided because it rang up more than expected, and you are given a nauseous look. The manager (?) eventually comes and explains why it's so hard to void the item, and maybe you should just pay for it and return it but then, very begrudgingly, agrees to void the order (5 bottles of vitamins) and re-ring the reaining four -- which did not take even an entire one minute to do. The original cashier returns to ring up two drink packs, and when you ask for a bag for them because you're on foot, she audibly moans and shakes her head in disgust, says nothing and not one bit of eye contact yet. You nevertheless say cheerily as you can "thank you", which is also completely ignored. So I then had to throw in "you're welcome!" just in case she actually has no idea what appropriate customer interaction requires. All of these people at Walgreens MUST BE volunteers, because no one in their right mind would pay employees to be so horribly and egregiously rude to people who have other options of where to spend their money.

Terrible internet connection. I came here to work for Instacart. Sometimes I come to do Uber orders that customers make and the internet is null. This is useless. It delays the purchase process and harms the store. In addition, they urgently need to have Wi-Fi accessible to customers.

I visited this store’s pharmacy with my friend to pick up their prescription. When they got home, they realized they didn’t have the medicine they needed. I immediately went back and told the pharmacist that I was just there with my friend and they didn’t receive their meds, and the pharmacist told me they didn’t have anything else for my friend. My friend verified with their doctor that he sent in the prescription, which he confirmed that he did and sent in another prescription to the pharmacy. The pharmacy again said they didn’t receive anything from the doctor. Two weeks later, on the third attempt, the pharmacist switched her story and said that they already filled the prescription and couldn’t fill it again for another 30 days. My friend called corporate about the situation and received a phone call from the pharmacy manager, who said, “if you didn’t receive it that day, why didn’t you come back sooner? Why did you wait this long?” As I said earlier, I did go back that same day and was told they didn’t have anything in their system before she switched her story and said it had been filled. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location and recommend that you stay away from this pharmacy.

Always have great experiences here! I just had another pickup order and Nykeria was fabulous and helped me so quickly. The order was filled within 5 minutes of placing it online.

Rude and unhelpful clerks in the pharmacy. Multiple instances that I have been chewed out for their errors. Just a couple examples: 1. Went in for a vaccine. I filled out the paperwork online in advance. The clerk gave me the form to fill out. I said I had done it online already. She said it didn't come through. When I grumbled something about the waste of time, she curtly and with derision said, "Just sit down and fill out the form!." I left without the vaccine and went somewhere else. 2. They repeatedly put refill orders in when I don't need them. The clerk said I must have my device auto-refill option turned on. I showed her that it was not. Her response was to look me in the eye and exclaim, "Then you should have called and canceled the items you don't want!" I have had similar issues with another nearby Walgreens. After many years as a Walgreens customer I have finally had enough. I am moving to another (independent) pharmacy.

Jania and her colleague at the Pharmacy were helping me for 30 minutes to get a discount on a medication. They tried several times until it worked and they made me save a lot of money. Thank you so much for your help and for being so patient with me

I usually don't have trouble picking up prescriptions here, however I called to confirm my prescription was being filled & was told it would take an hour, I called back two hours later and was told that they're 40 prescriptions behind and mine wasn't ready yet, which I completely understand, however after telling them I was having issues with my app and it wasn't telling me when my prescriptions were ready, I was spoken to in an extremely condescending and rude manner and felt quite frustrated after the call with how I was spoken to while I was sinply trying to troubleshoot my prescription notifications. Switching pharmacies at this point, I've used Walgreens for the past few years and have begun to notice a pattern of extreme rudeness & lack of concern for my prescriptions vital to my every day life.

The pharmacy mislabeled the prescription. The pharmacist was rude and put the blame on me. Horrible customer service. Mislabeling prescription boxes is dangerous.

Terrible customer service- I checked out and then realized I had not received the sale price for an item ($4/off) and when I went back to ask the woman about it, she very rudely said “well I don’t know what to tell you”, turned around and walked off.

I do not know what is going on with the pharmacy. I was told that my prescription could not be filled by the person at the counter. What ?? So I called my insurance who told me that the prescription was ALREADY filled two days prior. I went back and asked about it. They said that the problem was recently corrected but could not tell my why they filled the prescription two days PRIOR to the issue. The last issue was they denied my prescription shampoo. They told me they could not fill it, because the order did not specify HOW TO WASH HAIR. They needed instructions on how to wash hair. Please watch any shampoo commercial to clear this up. I am taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

Walgreens does not take responsibility if your same day delivery doesn't get to you. They advertise on their app that you can get same day delivery from their local store in as little as 1-2hrs. I ordered through their app and everything seemed great until my delivery was not at my door after it said delivered. The only time you find out that they outsource the delivery is after they confirm it is on the way via Uber or DoorDash. When I called the store to tell them that my order did not arrive, they immediately told me they had nothing to do with the order and that I needed to contact DoorDash directly myself. It isn't their problem. This is an order I placed directly online through Walgreens! I did an online chat with Walgreens support. They said I needed to contact the store, because my order was over $50 they couldn't issue a refund. Talk about run around. Finally had to call DoorDash to issue a refund. And it was too late to reorder for delivery that evening. To be fair, I had two other smaller deliveries earlier this week that went very well. I'm upset because Walgreens advertises on their website that they will deliver to you in 1-2 hrs same day. Nowhere in the site does it mention fulfilled by Uber/DoorDash. But when the delivery is lost they don't take responsibility and give the customer the runaround.

Pharmacy Hours are incorrect on the listing for this business. There are two different sections with conflicting info. This image was take 06/11/22 of the hours.
