Rude and unhelpful clerks in the pharmacy. Multiple instances that I have been chewed out for their errors. Just a couple examples: 1. Went in for a vaccine. I filled out the paperwork online in advance. The clerk gave me the form to fill out. I said I had done it online already. She said it didn't come through. When I grumbled something about the waste of time, she curtly and with derision said, "Just sit down and fill out the form!." I left without the vaccine and went somewhere else. 2. They repeatedly put refill orders in when I don't need them. The clerk said I must have my device auto-refill option turned on. I showed her that it was not. Her response was to look me in the eye and exclaim, "Then you should have called and canceled the items you don't want!" I have had similar issues with another nearby Walgreens. After many years as a Walgreens customer I have finally had enough. I am moving to another (independent) pharmacy.

Jania and her colleague at the Pharmacy were helping me for 30 minutes to get a discount on a medication. They tried several times until it worked and they made me save a lot of money. Thank you so much for your help and for being so patient with me

I usually don't have trouble picking up prescriptions here, however I called to confirm my prescription was being filled & was told it would take an hour, I called back two hours later and was told that they're 40 prescriptions behind and mine wasn't ready yet, which I completely understand, however after telling them I was having issues with my app and it wasn't telling me when my prescriptions were ready, I was spoken to in an extremely condescending and rude manner and felt quite frustrated after the call with how I was spoken to while I was sinply trying to troubleshoot my prescription notifications. Switching pharmacies at this point, I've used Walgreens for the past few years and have begun to notice a pattern of extreme rudeness & lack of concern for my prescriptions vital to my every day life.

The pharmacy mislabeled the prescription. The pharmacist was rude and put the blame on me. Horrible customer service. Mislabeling prescription boxes is dangerous.

Terrible customer service- I checked out and then realized I had not received the sale price for an item ($4/off) and when I went back to ask the woman about it, she very rudely said “well I don’t know what to tell you”, turned around and walked off.

I do not know what is going on with the pharmacy. I was told that my prescription could not be filled by the person at the counter. What ?? So I called my insurance who told me that the prescription was ALREADY filled two days prior. I went back and asked about it. They said that the problem was recently corrected but could not tell my why they filled the prescription two days PRIOR to the issue. The last issue was they denied my prescription shampoo. They told me they could not fill it, because the order did not specify HOW TO WASH HAIR. They needed instructions on how to wash hair. Please watch any shampoo commercial to clear this up. I am taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

Walgreens does not take responsibility if your same day delivery doesn't get to you. They advertise on their app that you can get same day delivery from their local store in as little as 1-2hrs. I ordered through their app and everything seemed great until my delivery was not at my door after it said delivered. The only time you find out that they outsource the delivery is after they confirm it is on the way via Uber or DoorDash. When I called the store to tell them that my order did not arrive, they immediately told me they had nothing to do with the order and that I needed to contact DoorDash directly myself. It isn't their problem. This is an order I placed directly online through Walgreens! I did an online chat with Walgreens support. They said I needed to contact the store, because my order was over $50 they couldn't issue a refund. Talk about run around. Finally had to call DoorDash to issue a refund. And it was too late to reorder for delivery that evening. To be fair, I had two other smaller deliveries earlier this week that went very well. I'm upset because Walgreens advertises on their website that they will deliver to you in 1-2 hrs same day. Nowhere in the site does it mention fulfilled by Uber/DoorDash. But when the delivery is lost they don't take responsibility and give the customer the runaround.

Pharmacy Hours are incorrect on the listing for this business. There are two different sections with conflicting info. This image was take 06/11/22 of the hours.

This was my first time here and it was actually pretty good. Reading all of the negative reviews, I was quite surprised because I didn't have a problem with the pharmacy, front cashier or "homeless people begging." I came to pick up a prescription that was transferred here unknowingly and ended up shopping for other items. I bought a bottle of Smart Water with Strawberry and Blackberry flavor, none of which I could taste but hey, it was refreshing on this scorching day in Weesiana. That aside, I think we should give these folks a break. I use to complain about customer service all of the time but given the current economic climate we're in, I'm just glad there are folks willing to show up to work. Be kind one to another!

While in the store, I was told I needed to schedule a flu appointment online. OK... Went home and scheduled an appointment for my son, wife, and myself. I got an e-mial confirmations for all of them. But when we walked into the store at my scheduled time, the pharmacy was closed. WTH... Oh, they are closed on the weekend, but no one knows how to tell corporate or their online services to update the online schedule. They also failed to mention this little fact to me when they told me to schedule online.

Plan on spending a considerable amount of time waiting for your flu shot. 45 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment I was asked to fill out paperwork and then still a 20 minute wait. I don’t recommend! Just go to your dr or CVS!

So these people claim theres a hiring insane crisis and no one wants to work but someone apply there and gets denied make it make sense. Like what normal human would even work there if they already had experience or quit in the past? Other than a weird old person who probably can barely walk and have decades of experience but all workers literally do is stand there a ring up stuff? How does anyone not have qualifications on a first come first serve basis for that? Someone who ACTUALLY wants to work?
