Look, it's a WALMART. There is a 50/50 chance you're gonna hit it at the wrong time. I've been using Walmart pharmacies for near two decades, in three different states, 6 Walmarts in total. The people just do it right. Even when they're slammed, you see that they're working to speed things along. They don't want to deal with a grumpy mcgrumperson that simple *has to have his meds right this very instant* any more than you want to wait in a long line, but dollars to donuts they're working to provide you with the fastest and most efficient service possible, if only to save themselves from the next Karen. I commend this pharmacy and it's staff. They do a good job every time.

Very unprofessional and do not listen to the patient/patrons. It's a business first and foremost. Unacceptable experience picking up medication for a toddler.

Terrible place to deal with. Never, ever again. I've never shopped in a place where so many people had a bad attitude. I was buying medicine for my pets here. They struggle with that constantly. One pharmasist, told me point blank I should consider getting my pet meds elsewhere. They are constantly switching suppliers, which causes them grief, which they in turn pass on to the customer big time.There is one pharmasist, Tony who is great. If you happen to get him, things work out well. If not, you're in for a rocky ride. Stuff gets lost for extended periods of time. Seems like they consider ... it's just a dog, no big deal.Taking my business elsewhere ... between the employee's attitude, and their inability to just provide simple pet meds (nothing exotic) on a regular basis, it just isn't worth the hassle. And the one clear thing is, it's a hassle.

I am usually not Wal Mart's biggest fan, but I have to say that the staff at this pharmacy was absolutely wonderful to deal with related to the COVID-19 vaccine. The person I spoke to on the phone prior to coming in for my appointment could not have been nicer. When I arrived, the lady checking people in was polite and friendly. Finally, the pharmacist who gave me the injection was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I was truly surprised at the great experience I had with them. My visit was on February 17. Great job!

Pre ordered my prescription. Arriced waited in line. Had to change my insurance information, rhe cashier gave it someone and asked to wait. Not a big deal right? Wrong. The one girl took care of the changing insurance in about 2 min. Great she will call me back and ill be outta here. Well the cashier waited on everyone in line then went back and was bssin with her coworker then stopped a customer stopped by and she was talking about her family outting with them. Finally after about 20 min i asked if she was going to ring me out. She ssid she was waiting on the person to do my insurance. I informed her she gave her my prescription back 20 min ago. She got rude and snappy and finnaly rang me up. I will not be comming back here!!!

Went to get my medication around 7:22pm , was out about 7:40pm and there were two clients in front of me. Pretty fast. The cashier was nice and also asked if I would like the information on how to use the medicine in which I reply. " No thank you " and that was it , everything went smooth.

The pharmacy sent back my prescription without a simple phone call to let me know I had seven days to pick up the prescription. This was the week of thanksgiving when alot of people are out of town. The techs showed little interest in my concern for not receiving a single phone call. This store in general needs to retrain their staff on customer service skills.
