I swear I hate ignorance.i went to this Wendy’s I get to the window and the girl screamed all in my ear to the the people at the speaker ordering. DID YOU ORDER !!!! 3 times. So unprofessional I wish I would have looked at her name tag. But she had like a hung dread loc in her head in a high ponytail. The manager need to fire her asap. Cause there is no way She said next car please while the older lady was handing me my sauce.

The lady with the red/burgundy hair (I believe she the manager) is doing a good job! She has her team doing a good job. This location used to be unprofessional and unorganized. Everyone is fast, the food be hot and fresh. The customer service is amazing now! This team is the best team to work this location in years! Good job to the The morning/afternoon shift! I will have to try it at night to see how the night shift is holding up!

Service was less than helpful as we stopped to get a friend something to eat. Burger was not dressed nor had lettuce onions tomatoes or pickles. Although Wendy's sponsored across the US 5 for $5 was nearly $7 at this location. Used the drive through. The person taking our order was less than helpful which pretty much describes the service, filing the order as shown on the order board, and the over cooked burger which was not stacked burger on burger Dave's Daily Double but a plain dbl burger half in & out of crushed bun & chicken nuggets & under cooked fries.I suggest avoiding this particular food that provides poor service, overcharged for nationally sponsored meal deals, & substandard food products. As an employee who lives in the same condo complex I do says she would never ever eat there as they suck! I think that pretty much explains our experience at this location.

If u don't want to work then leave. But don't go lying to customers telling them there is no meal deals when we clearly know there is. Train your workers on the menu or something cause ain't no way a customer should be confused. I would give a negative 4 cause of how you lied to my mom's face but I can't so I'll settle for the lowest score possible!

My hubby said the fries were cold and tasted like it has fillers in it. I couldn't really understand what the Woman on the ordering menu was saying because it sounded like she didn't really feel like working.

Even thought the store is open, if you get there too early, they'll still tell you they aren't open. This isn't the only location that does this. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for an Uber order, because they weren't "open."
