Very disrespectful very unprofessional take there customer as jokes waiting for someone to wait on me and I'm the only one waiting took about 15 minutes one employee just joking around with another one and the rest acting like they don't see me,had to jump up and ask in a medium tone is someone going to help me and it's My son birthday last straw have to complaint

The level of incompetence at the bank is UNREAL. That level is matched in EXTREMELY RUDE treatment time and time again, along with UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP AND FOLLOW THROUGH with what has been promised. I have never met people so against HELPING their customers! I would never bank at any branch of this bank, the terrible treatment, extreme unwillingness to help customers, and shocking incompetence is rampant at every branch.

The drive up teller on veterans is beyond rude and abrasive, every time I go she is in a horrible mood and is very unprofessional.

I MOVED MY BANKING RELATIONSHIP TO IBERIA AFTER 31 YEARS Under Hancock the old Whitney branches have become shoddy and cut rate. Personnel have been slashed so lobby lines resemble those at free clinics. At Hancock you must personally go into a branch to change your address before being reissued an ATM Card. This was the second branch I went to and encountered a wait over 15 minutes. There was a sign-up sheet with 2 names in front of me, but no attendant. A guard sat in an empty office reading a newspaper. He never welcomed me. I walked out. After similarly bad experiences at two more branches that day I moved my account 6 hours later.

Extremely unhappy. Hidden charges, changes in terms, lousy communication, etc. They are friendly at first, and then take advantage of you later.
