This bank was always recognized as providing excellent customer service. However, today I was completely shocked that a bank teller I encountered was rude and totally indifferent. I requested three blank checks on one of my accounts. She made me wait five minutes before she called me to the window. After I made the request and provided ID and account information, she made a mistake in placing an incorrect account number on the checks. I didn’t notice her huge mistake until I was about to drive off. After noticing her error, I reentered the lobby and waited in line. She appeared annoyed that I detected her error. She offered no apology and seemed angry. I have done business with this bank for over 50 years. This type of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.

I pulled in the drive thru today with a personal check for cash in the amount of $1100. I sent in my drivers license as well as the check as I do at other branches and awaited my cash.

This is the worst bank in the world. I went to the service desk today for help with a letter i received in the mail, and the teller was no help at all. She did not speak the whole time while i told her why i was there. And then she just dialed a number and gave my account info over the phone to someone very loudly, and then she proceeded to tell me that she cannot help me and theres nothing she can do. Thanks lauren lively, you werent so lively today. Do not go to this bank, they will steal all of your money and then act rude and not help you.

I have had an account with Whitney Hancock bank for over 8 months with a $1400 direct deposit coming in every two weeks. For the first time in my life I overdrafted my account by $13 and they charged me a $36 fee. 8 days later just before my direct deposit came in they charged me another $36 fee for "sustained" overdraft. $72 in fees for 1 overdraft of $13. I called and took ownership of my mistake thinking at minimum they would meet me half way. They offered me nothing. The reason... I have been with them less then a year. I politely asked for a manager and was told the same thing. In addition. As a banker with 11 years experience I strongly feel they design their online banking and statements to make it confusing to know about your balnces. I can't see my account history from yesterday online once that statement cycle ends. Instead I have to open a statement. The statements are even worse. You can't see your ending balance after each transaction. They place daily ending balances in a different area of the statement which makes it so that the ending balances don't line up with your charges. You can't see how your balance changed without taking 30 minutes to handwrite your own statement with ending balances. I have read dozens of different banks statments. Never once have I had to rewrite the statement to understand what happened.

CRUMMY BANK. Changed my account type, and as we are out of town, did not know that service charges would multiply on the account. No clear notice. Bank has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOW. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This bank branch is efficient, and to be honest, I rarely go inside. I bank at the drive thru and use the ATM much more often. The drive thru lines are usually short, and the wait isn't long. We recently closed a real estate transaction at this branch - it originated at another branch, but our loan officer was kind enough to come to a nearby branch - and it was quick and pleasant. In the past I've had a mixed bag of inside the branch experiences, but for the most part everyone was friendly and got the job done so that the customers could be on their way.
