Don't stay here . Paid for room plus deposit , two nights , room was tiny with no window . Valet took over an hour to bring car to the front door .We left the room neat and tidy , never received deposit , still waiting over a year later , despite several e mails and calls .

I booked this hotel Feb 4 for a June wedding. Due to COVID, the wedding was postponed. I began calling to cancel the reservations starting June 4. Spoke to Ray. May 8 spoke to Kenya. May 21 spoke to Brandon. June 5 spoke to Susan. August 12 spoke to Travis. All have told me the same thing....my request is being sent to accounting team and I will get an email or phone call. I have NEVER received a phone call or an email from this so called "accounting team". Do yourself a favor......book at a hotel that has some customer service.

I had an amazing stay at the Whitehall hotel. However, better then the nice room and great location the Whitehall hotel has some of the worlds amazing staff. Alicia was inviting soon as we walked in. She shared her knowledge of the City and was invested in ensuring our time was great. She was helpful and encouraged us to call upon her if we needed anything. The City and hotel is great but the staff will bring us back. Thanks Alicia

It was an average hotel but the service was good and I felt safer than during my entire trip in NOLA and there is a security guard in the lobby. I recommand going there but I dont recommand going to NOLA...

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for 12 nights October through November 2019. The hotel is beautiful exactly the type of hotel you would hope for in a city like New Orleans. The staff were amazing, they were helpful and happy and nothing was too much trouble for them. Starbucks is across the road, it's a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter and close to local links to get wherever you want to go. Can't wait to go back and stay here

The Whitney offers value for money. Its not flashy, but exudes charm. Enjoyed our stay with friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom. Its location in Poydras street means it is a short walk to nice cafes and bars, the French quarter or a tram to the river front

Loved the location, staff, ambiance and service! Everything was great. Would have preferred a hot breakfast but all in all a great stay with everything I expected. The location was a short walk to the Smoothie King Concert venue and also to the French Quarter.

This is a small but charming historic hotel with all the basics. The lobby is that of an old bank with tile floors, marble pillars, and an old teller window. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable, so I slept well. The location is near many restaurants, Lafayette Square, and the Court of Appeals. My room and the common areas were clean. I would have liked a more substantial breakfast option, but otherwise I was completely satisfied.

We booked here on a last minute trip to see the Saints play and received a great rate. The hotel is in such a cool, old building. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Room was great with lots of towels & amenities. Will definitely try to book here again on our next Saints game.

Built in 1909, the Whitney bank is listed on the national registry of historic places. It is beautiful and extravagant with towering Roman columns, high vaulted ceiling and abundant marble features and tile work. Is definitely worth taking a look here.
