If you are a breakfast person, you NEED to check this place out. Right as you come in your greeted by their wonderful display of baked goods. The host and wait staff are amicable and courteous. The restaurant itself is very well lit with ambient light from the ceiling to floor windows and nice Edison bulb lighting. The food is excellent, every plate coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. I highly recommend the crab cheese appetizer and the salmon Benedict. And of course, can’t go wrong with the homemade biscuits. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.

Had a small breakfast. Biscuits were amazing! Couldn't leave without getting a slice of pecan pie:) Parking is tricky, but don't let that discourage the visit.

Came by on a Friday afternoon for lunch. Sat at the bar and ordered shrimp and grits with a biscuit. Biscuit was delicious: flaky, soft, good structure. The highlight of the meal. The shrimp and grits were fine, good even, but did not leave a lasting impression. The service was kind of non existent, had to flag people down.

The wait time was over an hour, but the bar was first-come, first-served. The service and food were both excellent!

Willa Jean was one of the top suggested places by friends when visiting New Orleans. Running out of time, I went for a quick pastry since there's a to-go bakery counter near the large dining room. Ordering a blueberry muffin, they warmed it up for me. It was large and really good. It filled me for several hours!

This place was very nice and super clean looked very new! The service was excellent, even how busy they were! The food was great just a little greasy for my liking. The crawfish dip and the hangover bowl was a little saturated in oil but other than that enjoyed it! 8/10 would recommend.

visiting , the ratings don’t serve any justice from start to finish , wait time was over 2 hours even though the waitlist reflected lesser time of wait , server didn’t address or greet until about 25 mins after seating , food was 2/10 overcooked burnt biscuits and bread , then asked for hot sauce and was bought literally 4 bottles as if our party of 4 could or have a need for 4 bottles of hot sauce , after waiting for the breakfast menu we were seated 4 minutes after breakfast and was forced to get brunch , FIRST AND LAST !!!!!

Food was burned and charred. Bill over $100.00 nothing was good. Grits were chalky, chicken sandwich was charred and overcooked chicken. Home fries were awful. Biscuits and gravy was meatless. Drinks were watered down. This place was. Overhyped and overpriced for sure.. Definitely not worth the 2 hr wait.

No stars are necessary. The waitress was rude. Apparently, there aren't any substitutions allowed. I would never visit again

"I've been a fan of this restaurant for its exceptional food, a dish we never fail to order and always enjoy. However, during our latest visit, the service fell short of expectations, leading me to remove a star from my usual rating.

Really cool, relaxed place. Best huevos rancheros I've ever
