This hotel would be great if it's staff actually did there job! Never a manager on site when you call and accounting is a joke! Rude and extremely uncaring or unbothered! Don't use PayPal or Cashapp there for a deposit! They will hold your deposit for a month and refuse to release it! They do t. Bother to tell you this either until you are wondering where the money is! This was even done on a prepaid week's stay that said deposit included, however it was not! $100 more deposit on-site without warning!

Room is old either scuff marks on baseboards and walls. Lobby and room entrance is beautifully decorated. The beds are nice with plush linens and towels.

Rooms: Room was ok. Noting fancy but dingy and dirty. Trash under bed. Dust on All flat surfaces. Sewar smell in bath tub. Hair in sink and tub. Vents had a organic substance that was built up over 1/4 thick. Dirty bedding covers.
Safety: Never felt unsafe in the area.
Walkability: Great location to walk to Quarter and transit lines
Noteworthy details: Front staff were rude and bothered to do their job. The app and actual price was not the same and they would not adjust. We stayed due to the other options were jacked due to last min booking. Housekeeping were awesome to deal with when needed. Lobby bathrooms were never open. The hotel location was great for ok getting to and from. The overall hotel is dated and needs updated.

Super reasonable price. Rooms are clean, the location is awesome. Very quiet. Stayed here twice and would do so again.

Nice property located within walking distance of many restaurants plus the French Quarter. No breakfast offered.

Sticky floors, broken door hinge, broken door lock (inside flip lock), bugs in light fixtures, bathroom reeked from septic burping? Very thin walls...

The rooms don't have outside windows so was very dark even with all of the lights on. The rooms did have a refrigerator and were very nice and spacious.
Nearby activities: Close enough that you could walk to the bus station, and the French Quarter, & St. Louis cathedral.
Walkability: You can walk just about anywhere from this location.

On road for 9 hours. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Had to get back in line to get key once they were ready. No currency text or call to let us know they were ready either. No room service bc we only stayed 2 nights. No WiFi information given at all. Food in total was AMAZING! Location was great

No one tells you that there are no access to the garage and you have no microwave in your rooms,no room. Service, no complementary breakfast or anything, just pay,and your service is horrible

King room was tiny and had no windows so no natural light. Parking under hotel is very tight and is very expensive. Don't stay here if you have a vehicle with you.

It is a very central hotel that you do not need a car to visit various places in New Orleans, two blocks from Bourbon Street and about 6 blocks from the Super Dome, but the rooms already feel a little old, they could improve that part.
