The room was filthy, dirty and nasty. The manager called to spoke with me and she had a rude tone. She stated she did not see anything wrong with the room and it was clean. She supposedly sent someone to re-clean the room, however the thing's complained about were not touched. The only cleaned the mini fridge and sprayed some air fresher. The floors were still dirty. The parking garage was deem and dirty, did not seem safe considering you have to get out of the car to push the button for them to let you in. The stairwell from the parking basement was dirty and stinky, parking is not ADA compliant since it does not have an elevator.

Having traveled a good amount and also having been to New Orleans twice, I would describe this hotel as meh. The rooms were dimly lit with a fluorescent overhead. The corners in the bathroom and other areas were covered in dust and cobwebs. Showers had mildew and dirty curtain. The overall bed covers were ok.We stayed five nights. No servicing the rooms but they provided additional towels, soaps coffee and cups at request. Since Covid I get that this is a thing but several hotels we have been to at least freshened your room after three days. We had overflowing trash and wet towels. The front desk charges an up front fee(as do most hotels) for amenities. When I asked what they had ( room service? Waters? Snacks? ) nope no amenities. Just charges Made no senseThe front foyer between the two automatic doors had a filthy rug and floor. Maybe mop and vacuum that in the morning. One day, we saw dog poop on the green rug. I mean, come on.Also, standing in front of hotel awaiting a cab or Uber, the stench of wet dirty cigarettes surround your senses. They are heaping over and it’s really ugly.Bonus there’s a cute little breakfast place around the corner and it’s just on the other side of canal right outside French quarter. We went with a big group of people and someone else chose this hotel. It’s definitely a no for me there next time I’m in the big easyWalkability: Very walkable to French quarter

Stayed here recently for a couple nights and had a great experience. The mattresses were a good blend between firm and soft. The hvac worked great. The shower had good pressure and flow. The hotel was a very short walk to all of the fun of bourbon

Had no issues at all. Very friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms the windows are on the inside of motel so if you don't set your alarm you can't tell if it's daylight yet. Good location especially if your going to French Quarters.

+7 min walk to Bourbon St.+Front desk staff was friendly.-Room cleaniest was not the best. Dingy/stained bedding, worn out pillows, dust covered bathroom vent, light switch, shower button, and stained vinyl flooring.-They do not provide daily room service to clean the room. You have to go to the front desk for extra towels, soap, etc.-The room often smelled like sewage. I’mhonestly unsure if the reasoning is due to the location being close to Bourbon. My friend and I roughed it out for our 2 night stay. Needless to say this was our first and last visit. I personally do not recommend.

Very old, perfect if you don’t care about where you stay or resting in the room at all. We were given dirty bedding twice with red and brown stains. We asked if someone could come change the sheets and no one did for the entire 3 days of our stay even though we asked at 7am and were told someone would come. Apparently they only have 1 housekeeper for the entire place. so we got our own bedding and had to change them ourselves. Definitely not worth a 100 per night considering the amount of dust and dirt on the airvent that sits right under the tv. Sneezing all week.

The front desk attendant Solange(sp?) was amazing, she was friendly, informative and just so helpful. The rooms are clean but in my opinion very dark with no natural light. No carpeting makes it feel very industrial and not comfy. The location is close to Bourbon and other areas of interest.

No dresser in the room, every time you need towels or toilet paper need to go to desk to pick up. They don't clean room unless your there three days. Sheets and blankets are stained!!!!

The most courteous staff I have seen since the pandemic started. Clean fantastic facility with the most comfortable beds and linens I have slept on in a hotel accommodation in a long time. We stay at a lot of places and we have a law enforcement service dog and had a recent horrible experience at a Holiday Inn Express (which we will NEVER use again) the way we were treated here with dignity and respect speaks volumes about your organization we are so grateful for your staff and facility in New Orleans I would give 10 stars gladly and that's truly a compliment because I give honest reviews when I take the time to make them. Thank you again for a great stay. I am so sorry I cannot remember the unique name of the beautiful lady who checked us in (on sat 8/5/23) but she was absolutely lovely and you are lucky to have such a fabulous employee!!

I checked in the Wyndham only to find out I had booked the wrong hotel. Jamise at the front desk was so nice and courtesy that I decided to stay. Her customer service was exceptional. She was always positive, smiling and willing to help at whatever we needed.

Quiet, comfortable, clean. I really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff was so kind as well. Highly recommend.

So first of all the front desk staff is rude. Second they do not tell you when booking it’s an extra 200$ deposit when you arrive that you’ll “get back in two weeks” supposedly we were made unaware because we booked through a third party who doesn’t do that these days I have no idea. You also have to pay for parking at the hotel. That should be included in the price room is large but very empty and not very clean floor was dirty and the floor of the shower is absolutely disgusting apparently you’re also not allowed to have babies? It’s part of the paperwork you sign upon arrival

Nice place to stay. You're not in your room anyway. The staff at the desk is friendly, always greated us back. The parking garage is small but great for the bike. The ramp to garage is not bad at all. Most definitely, I would stay here again.

I know this was Jazz Fest weekend so everything was extra expensive, but for this price, I would expect WiFi that works consistently, soft towels and toilet paper, decent water pressure in the shower, soundproof windows, and no bugs. The location is decent, and the beds were comfy. You have to pay for parking. (The garage next door is slightly cheaper, but they have a boot truck waiting at the bottom for your time to expire, so be careful.)

The staff at the front desk was wonderful. However my room was cleaned once in 6 days. They don't have daily house keeping services. The refrigerator in the room didn't keep things cold and their was no microwave in the room. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to most places or take the streetcar.Walkability: Close to Canal St.
