Bought a ATT prepaid Walmart. Had trouble turning on.
. Inside the att phone the package says if you can't get phone set up, go to the att store. So I went. The att people tell me they can't set up the phone because it's from Walmart, unless...... i re buy 65$ worth of minutes. Not only did I have to re buy the min I had purchased at Walmart, att charged me 15$ to set it up. 99$ for phone, 70$ in att cards I can't use, (can't return) then 91$ to get it working although pamphlet phone box says go-to att store. I had att because my son worked at a store. He recently quit because of the management pushing him to add to contracts or overcharge. Didn't matter if it was caught at later date, the store manager would get more pay.

My phone stopped working and was beyond repair, which led to the purchase a new phone. They did not have the phone that I wanted in stock therefore it was ordered and shipped to my address. This happened in February and here we are three months later and I am getting messages from AT&T that, “I have not returned the device and they have added $904.15 to my bill”. I have made three trips to the store and they are telling me that the manager is responsible for returns and has not shipped it back. Well, the manager is responsible for the $904.15 because he/she has not returned it. This is unacceptable.

The sales associate was great. Very knowledgeable. An asset to your company. She was working alone. There were customers waiting and no one to help the associate. I felt bad for taking so much of her time and left without completing the transfer of all my info to my new phone. The associate needs more help!

There was only one person in the store. They were working on making a sale. Upon walking in, typically there is some sort of greeting and communication on anticipating a wait time.There was no greeting not communication requesting patients. Communication, acknowledgement, and a rough time estimate can go a long way when people are on a schedule.
