I recently opened an account at Guaranty Bank of Baton Rouge. Upon walking into the branch I was immediately recognized and assisted by Jayichi Cooley. She helped me above my expectations she was courteous, thoughtful and polite. She was knowledgeable and informative, her positive and upbeat demeanor truly made my day.

Not the best of customer service at new roads branch. Web sight says open till 5:30 on Friday but closed the drive through at 5:00 while sitting there waiting. Employee leaving building had attitude as well.

I want to take the time out to say thanks to Eric Collette at guaranty Bank in new roads. I been banking with him for 9 years now and he always goes out of his way to make sure I get all my needs and I recommends anybody to him. Thanks bud!
