“I’ve been a member of Snap Fitness in New Roads, La. for about 1 1/2 years. There are plenty cardio machines and an extremely spacious weight room. Doesn’t matter the age or fitness level as there is something for everyone!!! Building muscle is as easy as joining and starting a routine.
If you’re not sure of the operation of the equipment, there is someone on staff to demonstrate. In addition, someone is typically in the weight area who is knowledgeable and will always help if you ask. It’s clean and well maintained.
