The doors are locked despite the fact that’s a store is open (supposedly) It says opens 9am it’s 10:25am and the person in there just looks at me as I’m trying to open the door, like really? I’ll just take my money elsewhere.

this subway has come up a lot . it has to be under new management . my food is always hot & delicious . staff finish my order in timely manner and the store is clean besides the reconstruction clutter in the corner . owner needs to get that fixed asap besides that this is one of my favorite subways .

Food was not good and was not readily stocked at prep counter. Employees very rude and cursing at the front counter. Very unprofessional. Will not return and I do not recommend.

I wonder if the owner knows they close his store at 8 most nights... I love how the "open" light is still on at 828 but the doors are locked

Tried to order online. Got a confirmation and money was taken out of my account. Store manager said they never received my order when I called to make a change. When I went around pickup time an employee met me at the door saying the power went out and they couldn’t help me yet EVERY SINGLE light was on. When asked about this she proceeded to talk to someone on her personal cell. Pure lazy! I will never frequent this place again. Had to go to the other location to get some help. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

They literally wouldn’t take my order, stating that it was a shift change. Told me I’d have to wait 30 minutes, but there were two young ladies in there doing nothing.

It’s subway ya know? Anychunk there was a guy digging through the dumpster in front of the store when I was walking in who was hollering at me like he wanted money or food, naturally I ignored the man. Still I’ve never had that issue in Baton Rouge or at any subway in general. Then the sprite was watered down. There was no ice and there was just one kid working there who was kinda slow. Anychunk overall I give it a 2/5. Not the kids fault, I think I just shouldn’t expect a lot when I try and eat in New Roads, this whole town is terrible.

Young lady with the gorgeous blonde hair...made the best chicken & bacon ranch that I've ever tasted!!!! & she did this with a smile & kind words.
