My girl, Charlotte, at the window is always SO helpful and friendly. She knows both me and my husband by name and she always greets us with such a warm welcome. She takes care of all of our banking needs with a smile on her face. I’ve yet to have a bad experience at the Oak Grove branch.

I find everyone at this location very pleasant and helpful. Very caring attitude. Very friendly, they make sure you are taken care of. I really like my Regions Bank.

This location is the best were everyone makes you comfortable and make you feel welcome. I love that everyone takes their time to give you the exact things you need to make you feel updated about everything. I love all the staff at this location.
