I visited the Oakdale store today October the 11th 2025 I switched over from Verizon to AT&T and I was assisted by Alexies she was kind knowledgeable and professional if I could give her 100 stars I would I highly recommend this store.

Surely hope the WiFi is worth it! I don't know why they would offer me to set it up over the phone so I don't have to quote on quote walk if id have to walk over two miles to pay it anyway instead of them manually taking the dang card!
update! Miss Alexia I believe her name is? Was very helpful. I am on foot. Soon as she found out I called, she literally rushed up there to speak with me and came to me and my husband's home to take the payment. She helped us set everything up! I would give her 10 stars if I could. Definitely get y'all selves some more workers like her because that's what you call great customer service and she deserves recognition!

Was having issues getting cellular service for my smartwatch. Called At&t online twice and could never get the issue resolved. Went to my local store here in town and the issue was resolved quick and easy. Fast and friendly service thanks so much Alexia great job!!

This is a third-party store. They mislead me on purchasing a hotspot. They ordered me one. I picked it up at their store. I tried it out, and the monthly fees were much higher than I was told. I went to return the hotspot, and they told me that it was ordered in my name. They could not take it back. I had to deal directly with AT&T. Now I know that they did this to avoid a charge back to their store. They do not care about the customer.

I cannot say enough about Alexia. She is awesome and went above and beyond to help fix our account. We went to another store to get our son an upgrade and my husband a watch. Somehow we ended up with an extra phone and watch line. Alexia found this problem when we went in to see why our bill was so high. She even got on the phone with AT&T and was on the phone for a very long time to get this problem sorted out. I will always go to Oakdale AT&T from now on!! Thank you so much Alexia

Jessica and Alexia are absolutely they best!! After AT&T customer service completely screwed up our account,these ladies went above and beyond the get it straightened out. It really is rare now days to find that kind of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction that these ladies provided. It really is comforting to know after the stress of switching phone companies and to have this kind of mess up, that if we ever have any other issues we can just go right down the road and Jessica and Alexia are more than willing and definitely capable of helping us out. I know they probably feel they were just doing their job, but I hope they read this and know how truly grateful we are.
